Gregg was wonderful and emailed…
Gregg was wonderful and emailed immediately when they had a restock issue after I ordered on the website. He was so quick to fix the issue and gave my two options I opted to wait for the item to come in and it arrived the end of the week.

I recently came to Percus for some new piercing after having a previously bad experience elsewhere which let me with a needle phobia and anxiety surrounding these sorts of things but Percus came highly recommended so thought I would try the place. I cannot speak highly enough of Greig, he completely put me at ease, showing his knowledge when explaining everything fully and taking the time to make sure I was comfortable. It was a really positive experience and I can't recommend Percus enough. They also have a fantastic range of jewellery on offer, not just your usual plain pieces you often find in piercing shops.
