Amazing plugin, but more importantly, a great team behind it. I initially installed this and felt it didnt work the way I expected, so I contacted them for a refund. I got the refund within 24 hours, but the team also kindly offered to talk more with me and understand which feature I felt was missing. Once I explained my need, they clarified that what I was looking for indeed is possible with their plugin, and they kindly helped in setting it up. My desktop scores were already great for my website, but my pagespeed score for mobile improved from 61 to 85, with clear direction on how to improve it further on my end. I really appreciate their professionalism and fantastic support.

My Perfmatters account shows that I've been a customer since the day it launched (June 1, 2017). Within just a few months, I made it one of the (very few) plugins that I install on every site I build. Today, I use it on about 100 websites, and the performance improvements are stunning. With Perfmatters, even my 318-product e-commerce website, which uses 33 plugins and the ultra-bloated Divi theme, consistently scores a 99 on Google PageSpeed Insights (and has a snappy UX to match).

The people are AWESOME.

So, why write a review today after being a fan for 9 years? Well, in 9 years, I never experienced a single issue with Perfmatters—until today. The update to Perfmatters 6.2.0 triggered a fatal error on a number of my sites. So, I submitted a support ticket at 11:33 AM CST. Just 12 MINUTES later (!!!!), I received an explanation, an apology, and a link to download a patched version of the plugin that resolved the problem. It's hard for me to fathom that you can get faster or better support anywhere in the SAAS industry.

Those involved in optimization know that when it comes to minification, some things we want to implement unfortunately remain just a dream.

When we try to implement these manually, but achieving this in structures with many classes, like Bootstrap, requires incredible effort. These guys have accomplished it admirably. Achieved the desired result on core web vitals metrics without consulting to them.

I installed the Perfmatters plugin after watching several video reviews touting the positive effects on website loading speed. My Pagespeed Insight scores were terrible (GT Metrix not as bad, but with mobile speed affecting Google ranking, Pagespeed was important).

Installing and configuring the plugin was a breeze. Especially after watching their video going through and explaining each setting one at a time. The documentation on the website is extensive.

Support: I would give their customer support 10 stars if I could. I had trouble with JavaScript elements that stopped working. I emailed support and received a response within hours. (Shoutout to Brett.) When I was confused, he logged into my site and fixed it for me.

When I had an issue after installing a new plug-in months later, Brett threw on his cape and flew to the rescue. Over the past year I've had nothing but success with Perfmatters.

Today, I accidentally deleted an exclusion and couldn't figure out what I’d done. AGAIN… Brett… to the rescue… fixed it.. :)

If you have stubborn errors in Pagespeed Insights or your website is sluggish, install Perfmatters. You will not be disappointed!

I was facing difficulties with my site's existing performance plugin, not achieving needed speeds especially in mobile. I took the plunge with Perfmatters given their highly positive reviews, and I am glad I did. I can assure you that all the positive reviews they have match my experience with Perfmatters. It is hard to add more to such excellent reviews, but in my experience, I found Brian with whom I commmunicated (and I am sure his brother) to be the best part of the plugin! Brian is extremely friendly, proactive, and able to see outside the box, always humble to leave options open to use other plugins (in fact he suggested another plugin that could have even replaced theirs in declared features), but proving in practice that their plugin does an incredibly efficient job at what it does; what won my support was their support. He learned that there was a bug (or related settings error) that prevented my site from communicating well with Cloudflare, something that escaped my attention for years. Then, proactively, he made sure all the settings and exclusions are done properly. Their plugin offers very easy access to lots of information about each setting, making it easier for novices like me for deciding what to do with each setting. One can see how passionate and helpful Brian tries to be with those approaching their plugin. My site is now green 4x100 on desktop and 3x100 and 90+ green on mobile, and where the latter is missing is due to the theme's limitation, not their fault. As he suggests, the key is to have a fast speed no matter the green score. I am happy and wish Perfmatters plugin the best of success.

Brian at Perfmatters did an awesome job of speeding up our 2 ecommerce sites. On PageSpeed Insights, he was able to get our sites from low 40s to high 90s on mobile and 100 on desktop. Magic, really. Plus, we were able to ditch a clunky caching plugin and do everything with Perfmatters. His deep knowledge of website speed and the crazy-good engineering of the Perfmatters plugin can't be beat. Brian and the team at Perfmatters are THE people to talk to if you need a zippy website. 5+ stars.

A highly effective WP plugin with exceptional customer service. Perfmatters is pretty easy to use and is very effective. Also, their customer service is truly fantastic. I'm new when it comes to building a WordPress website and Perfmatters's customer service team has gone above and beyond to help me optimize my site.

So...
I bought the plugin. Tested it. Didn't work as supposed to (at least not in my hands)... Emailed them for a refund. Got an offer: "We can try to sort you out if you give us access". And I did (just for fun at that time), thinking that nothing could be done. A couple of hours later: sorted. I don't know who these guys are, but from a paranoid point of view, I AM HAPPY THEY TOOK MY MONEY. This is what I want for my money: fast solutions that will shut my mouth and sort out my problem. Guys, keep on doing it. Now you're stuck with another loyal customer for as long as possible.
