The company doesn't reply to emails, calls, or texts. Avoid them at all costs. Fake company making BS products.

I ordered a chip for my Nissan Frontier tonight. I accidently duplicated the order. I attempted to contact them via the email address provide. The email did not go through due to being unknown or valid. I then attempted to contact them via the phone number provided on their site/on the invoice. I received a message indicating the number could not be reached due to restrictions in place by the company. So, basically, NO way of contacting them for a full refund of both orders. This company appears to be fake/fraudulent/scam. Thankfully, I ordered paying with PayPal and filed an immediate dispute. BEWARE

None of the negative information that I read online about PerformanceChipsUSA proved to be true. I tried the Chip for about 300 miles, called their office outside of business hours but did not leave a message, emailed my request for refund, returned the Chip no questions asked and full refund was received within three business days. AI provides a lot of inaccurate information. Their Customer Service was outstanding!

I tried to email support and text the company from the number(s) on their website. I had 1 question. I hadn't read the reviews. I ordered anyway thinking it was a family operation, several towns over from me, and they were busy or closed during the holiday. I immediately disputed my payment with my CC company. They have a watch on my account to see if it is processed. If it is processed, it will be blocked and I may get my money back.

I placed an order, they took my money and I haven't received anything from them!!!
I haven't been able to contact them!!!
Try sending an email to their support email address and you get a response as undeliverable!!!
Save your money, time and aggravation!!!

Not a customer. My personal phone number is listed on their website. Calls started 2 days ago. Never heard of them. Please stop calling.

Got the performance chip. Did not work cause my car to have a check engine light. Tried to contact them. Via emails or phone from the number the provide came back non existent email and phone number. Would not waste your money or time. Definitely a SCAM!! order thru PayPal and they would not refund my money. I would stay away from both Performance Chips and PayPal.I have been a PayPal customer for 15 years. Very sad!!!

The order handling and shipping were very good, very timely. Once I opened the package, the only instructions were 4 bullet points on a single slip of paper. I followed them and installed the chip. I had driven from Little Rock, AR to Paducah, KY the week before and my fuel mileage was 22.7 MPG without the chip. I made the exact same drive with the chip and my fuel mileage dropped to 21.4 MPG. I became very concerned when I started trying to reach them about a return. The phone numbers are all disconnected, 3 emails to their support email address have gone unanswered, and the online form that the website asks you to submit has not been answered at the time of this review. The contact info for "Performance Chips USA" appears to be bogus. The website is now "Vertex." At least I think it is. They have yet to respond either.
I would recommend not ordering from this online company.

It has no effect whatsoever on performance or mileage. All contact phone numbers are out of service. No response to email. Update: They responded to my email, reiterated what was on the instruction sheet, namely, to drive 150 miles. Did that, zero difference with the chip.

I purchased a chip for my 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck. I installed it per their instructions. I did not notice any change in my power or fuel milage. I then noticed that a red blinking light flashing on the "link" light. I have installed it numerous time and get the same result.

I have sent a total of 3 emails to the company and have not received a reply. I have called numerous time and nobody answers and the voice mailbox is full. I would like some assistance with this.

I can't give it less than zero. DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS A SCAM. Chip does not sync, and they will not answer emails or phone calls. Save your money. They can't have a return policy to honor their warranty if you can't talk to them.

I ordered the Vortex performance chip for my truck. It messed my truck up. Check engine light is on and it wasn't before using this. DO NOT ORDER IT WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP!! THEY SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE S**T

Ordered and paid for a chip. Got an order confirmation and a tracking number 2 days later. 2 weeks later tracking shows item still not shipped. Calls go to voicemail that is not set up and emails to the "support" address bounce back as undeliverable.

Now that I see all the negative reviews, I should have done more research before buying, so mostly my fault....

No fing difference. Their email doesn't even work to return it. My mileage actually went down and I drive the same. I have to eat this one but I want to open it up

No email response, phone did not work. Got the chip but it did nothing. Fortunately Pay Pal refunded money after long resolution process.

I bought this last year for my 2016 jeep patriot and it did absolutely nothing as far as 'performance' it was like I just plugged in a flashy LED timer thingy I made in BOCES electronic's class years ago using an LM555 timer IC and a couple colored LED's

This company is a scam, I have purchased the performance chip and it dose not WORK ,they will not even answer the phone call or emails take the 100.00 bucks and have a great time out.

Well I didn't read the reviews and got scammed with the vortex junk led light show. They disconnected the phone # and will not respond to emails. I did report it to the BBB but the website is still up and running strong. The wonderful internet it's great sometimes but the fraudulent selling is still out there. Do not even think of buying that chip it's worthless.
