WORST PLACE TO BUY
WORST PLACE TO BUY. They send you old damaged items and then charge you a return fee. Their return system is horrible. I tried through their website and they only want to refund $20.00 of a $60.00+. I was looking for a perfume and they were the only place I could find it, but it was damaged. They said that they "inspected" it before shipping, and they are blaming the carrier, but the stains in the box looks dry and old. I not even needed to open the box to realized that this was damaged. It has a strong smell and yellowish stains in the bottom of the box. They want me to return it so they can resell it to someone else and keep scamming buyers. BEWARE!

We’re really sorry this turned into such a frustrating experience for you! We want you to know that we carefully check every fragrance before it leaves our store and would never intentionally send out anything damaged. Per our email conversation, we explained that we can only issue a refund or replacement once the original items are returned so we can inspect them. Since the items weren’t sent back, we weren’t able to move forward with that process. The partial refund of $20 you mentioned was not issued by us, it came from your credit card company as part of their chargeback process, which we don’t control. We’ve been serving our customers for over 20 years and truly care about being fair and transparent.
