Stock was over 8 years old .. you get what you pay for
Poor product and not the customer service I expected . Had the aftershave for a while ( 6 months ) and noticed that it was not a song scent . Did some research with the original maker of the brand and turns out the bottle from perfume click was over 8 years old which can lead to a weaker scent and yellowish tint, both of which mine had . Reached out to them and was told I would have to send it back within the first 30 days if I had an issue, but It was not until I purchased another bottle of it from actual supplier that I noticed the difference. I reached out to Customer service which I have to say was not helpful . Bottom line was that as it was more than 28 days they didnt want to know , when pushed I was told the option was I could send it back in the original package ( which I obviously didn't have ) and pay postage and I was told that if it was in fact not up to standard they would give me credit for their shop !
That is not how it works , if it was not up to standard it would be a refund . I highlighted this but didnt get an answer. Anyway it was all too much hassle , I'll chalk it up to lessons learned , but I would suggest that any future customers check when the product was bottled and how long its shelf life is . Bottom line you get what you pay for ...

We were in regular contact with you regarding your case, including communication from one of our directors, and we made every effort to explain our position clearly. We operate a standard and fair returns policy, which requires customers to report any issues within 28 days of delivery. This is a very common practice across the industry, as items that may be faulty or not as expected should be returned within a reasonable and defined timeframe for assessment.
In this instance, your concern was raised approximately six months after purchase. Unfortunately, this is far beyond our returns window, and we are unable to make exceptions in such cases. As previously explained, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within this period. All relevant information regarding your order, our policies, and our processes was provided during our correspondence.
Additionally, no verifiable evidence was provided to support the claims regarding the product’s age or batch code. Without the physical item being returned and properly inspected, it is not possible to validate assertions such as the bottle being “8 years old.” We can only assess product condition when the item is available for inspection.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we still offered you the option to return the item for assessment, despite it being outside the returns window and without the original packaging. However, you ultimately decided not to return the item, which meant we were unable to carry out any physical inspection or further investigation.
We would also like to reassure you again that we only sell 100% genuine products sourced from trusted and reputable suppliers. The age of a fragrance or natural batch variations can sometimes result in slight differences in scent intensity or colour, but this does not indicate that a product is counterfeit.
We understand your frustration, but we must apply our policies consistently to all customers. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and transparency.
