No communication or updates despite several requests.

It's a real company, but you'll receive the services very slowly. your full order or refund will take weeks!!!
I have ordered two men deodorant sticks on the 5th of April. Only the Diesel one has arrived but Ralph Lauren did not. I have sent an email on the 20th to ask for the missing item. There was an automated reply say they'd reply me within 48hours. No further response was there. I called them many times no answer, and they ended the calls. Actually I was so disappointed. But after leaving a comment on trustpilot, they have definitely moved your request further and solve the stuck issues with recent order. Keep on contacting them till your issue being fully solved. Today I have received a refund for the missing order 5th May. It took a month approximately.

Quick delivery securely packed would use again

I placed an order on 4th Feb and still awaiting its arrival. Have emailed twice, always get a response of you will be contacted in 24/48 hours. No response at all. Have asked for a refund, no response to that. They seem to take your money then ignore you.

The website was easy, excellent price and the goods came on time and well packaged. will definitely use perfume Direct London again.

I have still not received my product after ordering 9 days ago and paying nearly £9 for delivery. I have emailed customer services and they have no replied. It was for my sisters birthday and I am disgusted with the service!

cancelled my order a few hours after i purchased it. gave an explanation, said it was something to do with their delivery company. advised me to order next week instead?

Order #8415 - I’ve paid £120 for a perfume set but haven’t even received a tracking number or confirmation that my order has been sent out. I’ve called emailed and contacted them via the chat on their site begging for an update but nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve only just seen some of the sketchy reviews online. I’m hoping this gets solved asap

I paid £8.95 for the Special Delivery Next Day service and they sent the parcel Tracked 48 which costs £1.95 on their website.

Don’t bother paying extra for postage as they’re just going to end up keeping the money and sending it the slowest (and cheapest) way.

Paid for my order on the 13th December and it didn’t arrive until the 20th. They’ve ignored my emails and haven’t bothered to contact me and address this or provide a refund for the postage they owe me.

Received wrong size perfume
Asked for it to be replaced with correct size .
Was told it was now out of stock , but could return my item for a refund.
No real apology
Won’t use again
