I urge you to save yourself from hell and avoid this company at all cost.

On the 3rd of December I ordered 2 bottles of liquor as a Christmas present, with expected delivery until 18th of December. I paid upfront and received only a generic confirmation email and no additional information.

Until 18th of December there was no email or contact in any form made from the store. When I first messaged them, on the 18th of December they replied that all the orders had been held up and that I should wait longer, sending me an empty tracking number at DPD courier.

On the 30th of December (in the end I had to purchase another gift) on DPD tracking website the package received status of being damaged and returned to sender. When I contacted DPD support I was informed that DPD received a poorly wrapped container which turned out to be damaged and spilled all over their stock. DPD initially tried to repackage it but whatever was given to them was either already damaged or didn't last first few days in transportation.

When confronting Perlage Store, they made up an absurd lie that a courier made a delivery attempt at my address on the 18th of December and that this is my fault that the order hasn't been delivered. Even though exactly on that day Perlage sent me an email confirming that the order hasn't even been shipped. There is also no information on DPD package tracking website about the package leaving DPD depot or being handed out for delivery EVER. Perlage also refused to cancel the order and issue a refund until they conduct their own "investigation" which can last god knows how long even though all the information they need are instantly available on the courier website.

Now I am left without important present and without my money. Perlage Store is either a scam website or incompetent beyond understanding. However, I doubt it's incompetence because all it takes is pasting the package number into DPD tracking website or calling their customer servicce.

Si percepisce che c'è l'impegno dei diretti interessati. C'è margine di miglioramento. Potreste utilizzare una modalità di confezionamento meno impegnativa. I cartoni utilizzati sembrano più adatti a bottiglie di grande valore. Inoltre due imballi per quattro bottiglie determinano un eccesso di produzione di rifiuti.
Dovreste ridurre un pò i tempi di consegna. Mantenete il rapporto qualità prezzo che mi servirò ancora del vostro sito.

Ho ordinato 4 bottiglie di Bellavista Teatro alla Scala 2019 oltre all’ottimo prezzo la consegna e stata veloce e prima del previsto pensavo inoltre di avere un problema sul tracking e sono stato assistito via mail brillantemente inoltre la consegna era prevista per domani invece è arrivata con un giorno di anticipo oggi!!!ottimo packaging tutto perfetto al prossimo ordine Grazie!!!!!
