We checked the tracking number 9234690267338835428381, and it shows that the package was shipped on time and delivered to the address provided on the order.

Please contact the carrier as soon as possible to open a missing package claim. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, front desk/mailroom, or around the delivery area, as packages are sometimes marked delivered shortly before being placed in the final location.

This electric trike is great

This electric trike is great. I wish it would come with the manual and better instructions with how to operate it when we got it all together. I think that most people are seniors or people with disabilities that buy an electric trike and clearer instructions should be packaged along with the trike.
I also was pretty upset about getting an extra bill of $220.58 upon delivery - the free delivery charge is deceiving. We had to pay the UPS driver for this charge in order for him to leave the bike with us. I think it's something people should know so they can expect that extra expense on top of the purchase of the bike.

the trike is fun too ride

the trike is fun too ride. the peddle assist is a real plus. the assembly instructions need to updated. the was difficult to peddle for me maybe because i am six foot tall with long legs. but the peddle assist really came through. thanks for the assistance with final assembly, i have gotten many comments about how nice the trike looks. thanks again

First love my Tryke

First love my Tryke! The assembly instructions are vague . Not enough detailed info. Had to call many times for help. That caused a great deal of down time. Call and wait.. ugh.. more details. Vidio was a rush . Need more step by step!

I did my first ride last night

I did my first ride last night. I really enjoyed it. The reason I'm not giving you a five star rating is because I've had trouble with assembling. I apparently recieved the newest version and putting the bike together is actually easier but I didn't have an updated video or instructions. I'm still having one problem and will be contacting customer support today. The LCD display came with a missing part. I'm unable to get it on tight enough to stay in place.

I ordered and received the Perraro…

I ordered and received the Perraro Ridex in December 2025. Ive had this bike a total of 4 months. I have a permanent indwelling foley catheter from being damaged from a medical device so I wanted to purchase something that would allow me to take my children to school and still get some form of exercise. I use to workout 3 hrs per day but that all changed with the damage that incurred. Anyways, I take my kids to school every morning on the Perraro Ridex. We live a total of 3 blocks from the school, its literally a 3minute ride. I do not abuse this bike whatsoever. I am so particular about expensive things I buy, I am constantly cleaning this bike because I want to keep it looking new. The first problem I experienced with this bike was that the left fender touched the tire so bad that the left tire has an indentation all the way around. It was advertised as having a thumb throttle but the bike I received didnt have that but thats okay because the company quickly sent me the thumb throttle, they also sent me a new left fender but upon receiving it in the mail it looks like a used part. Totally and completely horrible looking. It had extra holes drilled, scratches and paint that didnt match whatsoever. Upon talking to the people at Perraro they did some investigating and told me that the fender was indeed new and they drilled extra holes before sending it to me because I was having problems with the current one touching the tire. I dont know that still doesn't explain all the scratches and the nonmatching paint, my 5 year could do a better paint job. I started complaining to the company a couple months ago about a knocking noise I was hearing just pushing my bike into the garage (the bike wasn't even on). I was reassured by the company that the noise I was hearing was a normal noise. Also when riding it was making a chain jingling noise that the local bike shop told me was okay. My bike has 500miles on it, its only 4 months old and I went to turn it on 3 days ago, like I always do to take my kids to school and it started making a weird clanking noise and gave me error 07. It was really freaking weird as I had just used the bike the previous day to take my kids the 3 blocks to school and it worked just fine. I avoid all potholes and uneven roads because this bike wasn't cheap and I need it to last me, its very painful for me to walk with a catheter. The bikes motor is now bad, Error 07 either means the motor cable needs reconnecting or the motor is DONE ...well it wasn't the cable so the motor is indeed done. Maybe all the noises I was hearing were a precursor to the motor being bad but the company reassured me the noises were normal. Anyways here I sit with a no working bike, supposedly Im getting the motor this coming week which means come Monday I will have to walk my kids to school in which I am dreading the pain 😢 😭 For a bike that cost over 3k and that I voiced concerns about that were quickly and rudely shut down by the shop people I feel that I should of done more research in choosing a bike that would suit my needs. Now when the motor comes am I going to be able to put it on myself? I have no clue. Disappointed.

Took 3 times to finally ship my order

Took 3 times to finally ship my order. It's been about 12 days and i still don't have my order. They don't reply to my messages very quickly or at all since I ordered my trike. Very poor invoice system. No description or information about the order. I ordered a trike will a long range battery and I hope my order will be correct. I will wait and see what happens. I wish now I never ordered from Perraro Bikes. Won't recommend to anyone

Your original package was shipped on time, but unfortunately it appears to have been lost in transit by UPS. We opened a claim with UPS, and to avoid making you wait for that process, we shipped a replacement trike for your convenience.

Regarding communication, our customer service team normally responds within 24 hours. Customers can also reach us by phone or email during business hours, and we’re always happy to help with order updates.

For invoices and order details, we use Shopify’s checkout system. Shopify automatically sends the order confirmation and invoice to the email address used at checkout, so please check your inbox or spam folder.

Lastly, we want to clarify that the order placed was for the standard-range trike, not the long-range battery version. This can be confirmed from the order price and the product selection at checkout. After the order shipped, we received a request to change it to the long-range version, but the original purchase was for the standard-range model.

We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to make sure your replacement order is delivered properly.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, easy to assemble, but With few scratches. the thumb throttle Was replaced by a twist handle, I would prefered the twist throttle. Seat is comfortable,

Excellent customer support

I have to say the customer support is excellent. When I needed and extra battery for my Jaguar ebike, they ordered it from China. When I needed questions answered, I just called Mike from customer support and he knew the answers.

Great trike

Great trike. The throttle was broken when I got it out of the box. I called and the guy on the phone sent me another one. So far so good. The trike is great with plenty of power and the reverse is great. Thanks for a great trike.

Dead batter, and no help

I have had the bike for a couple weeks, charged the battery ONCE, and it stopped taking a charge after that. I've reached out to customer service with no response. An extra battery is $500, but I have no guarantee that won't do the exact same thing.
I am incredibly disappointed after spending so much money on something that was supposed to be a main form of transportation, and now I've had to scramble to find something else.

Shipping to Hawaii

I live in Maui, Hawaii and went though a lot of competitive websites and emailed or called to ask if they will ship it here . They replied…NO or we will ship it to a forward shipper but your responsible of contacting the shipper and make the arrangements. I was a little agitated until I found this website . I chatted and told them of my situation . They told me no problem for shipping, then a little over a week later I’m riding my new Perraro Smart E Trike that is very rare here around the Island . Also a lot of people ask where they can get one . Hopefully you may get more business soon, LOL.
