Personal Alarms from Age UK Trading Avis 

These Alarms should be free to anyone who has lived, worked and paid National Insurance for most of their working Live. My Friend in Scotland got hers free from the national Health, my Children are paying for mine. Why ????? Is there a reason ???

I have had my personal alarm for about 2 weeks when I had a blowout on my car.
The airbags activated and the alarm called the control centre who in turn called the police. It saved me a lot of time and effort after the incident and all the services responded quickly. So I am well pleased with it .

Easy to order pendant alarm on line and I didn’t need assistance it was all very straight forward. Installing the alarm after setting up the account was very easy with the system talking you through setup

The welcome pack was inadequate as it only showed how to set up the watch but not how to register it etc. then my phone call was answered by AI who promised a return call within 3-5days which didn’t come. The stress was enormous although the lady who answered my call when I rang back 5days later was helpful. I needed family help to set up the app and one daughter is having difficulty to set up hers even with your help . I am disappointed with the information and instructions provided which are not clear and are unhelpful. However the watch appears to be working now and hopefully will continue

I have received excellent service from Age UK Trading person alarms.
I have had a few unfortunate accidents’ recently which I think could have been avoided if I had been able to have a slightly shorter chain which carried my rather heavy alarm around my neck.
Due to the recent hot weather, my Summer tops , and love of gardening, I find my alarm is constantly falling out and knocking into garden tools, causing the alarm to trigger.
Response is immediate but I sometimes find myself discarding my alarm when gardening because of this happening !!
Defeating the object of why I have an alarm in the first place, not ideal.
Can anything be done about this situation please ?
No problem whatsoever in cooler weather and high neck clothing.

Fast delivery and my husband had a fall within a week of installation. The system worked amazingly and the alarm was promptly responded to. They called the ambulance and escalated the call some time later when he was struggling further. Cannot fault the amazing service.
