The order was cancelled on their side without a word, I found out by checking the account. You apparently need a solicitor to get anywhere here.

The picture is lovely but it's displayed in a frame but sold without. Couldn't find anywhere that it states this. I didn't think it was worth the money and delivery cost would have been acceptable if delivered in a frame but without too much.

Fantastic service. I had a number of questions, and then a few tweaks I wanted made to the Elephant Family print I purchased, and nothing I asked for was to much trouble. The wording addition made under the title (I hadn't even requested, but wanted something, just couldn't think what) just rounded the whole thing off perfectly, and the end result when I received the print was more than I could have imagined. The whole process of design, production and supply of the print was super quick, and well in time for my wife's birthday.
