I received the total package including…
I received the total package including My Locker which I thought was a brilliant idea. I , however, did not need this since I live alone , my children and grandchildren do not live nearby. I called to return it and was told to just send it back and that I wouldn’t be charged. I wasn’t able to return it without paying another$ 20 -$30 . I asked for a return label but was told one was not available

Hi Elvira, thank you for the review. We generally just recommend that people put the book back in the envelope and mark it "return to sender". There is no cost to do this.

If the document is signed in the presence of two witnesses, it is a legal Will. If you had trouble with it, we are happy to help you. I can assure you that the kit works. Best wishes.

Finally received my kit after 13 days…
Finally received my kit after 13 days from purchase ..Pretty expensive when I paid $85.00 to have it delivered in 2 days .
Some of the customer service people were very helpful and some acted like it was a real chore to get the information about where my order was .
They sent it out by UPS which was a complete disaster finally they sent a new kit by Canada Post got it in 5/days

We are very sorry to see this one-star review, because I think we did everything we could to make this right. You ordered the Will kit on the 24th Sept (Sunday) and we shipped by UPS on the 25th (Monday). But you didn't include a unit number with the order - the unit number didn't appear on any order confirmation or shipment tracking. As soon as it became clear that UPS couldn't deliver to the incomplete address(the Friday before the federal holiday), we shipped at our own cost a replacement by Canada Post Xpresspost (Tuesday), and the kit arrived three days later (Friday). The replacement arrived 8 business days after the initial order. I'm not sure what more we could have done in this situation. I am sorry that you got the impression that our customer facing team we reluctant to help, I can assure you that this was not the case. We had tracking numbers on both shipments, but once the shipment leaves our office, it is really out of our hands. Best wishes, and if you do have any questions about using the kit, we are of course available to help.
