Had a delivery of bait boxes and such and one of them arrived damaged, and sent an email to them with some pics.
The next day a replacement was issued, and a courtesy call that I missed; great service!
I hope I wont need their services again, but they'll be the first port of call if we have any more uninvited guests, and would definitely recommend (shout out to Gemma!)

I found PestFix on-line when looking for wire-mesh, which i could have bought from a wide variety of sources. The PestFix website made it clear that they were offering just what I needed and at a sensible price. I needed to call them over a few details, and found their Sales Executive, Lily, to be very knowledgeable and keen to help. She was very pleasant to discuss my queries with, and also very efficient and understanding. All in all, my first contact with PestFix was a delight, and I know it won't be my last. The order arrived very promptly too.

Good pricing. Black Cat traps great
Good prices and the Black Cat traps are rugged and easy to set.
I bought a smaller nano trap too but in future will buy the the standard size. Postage wasn't the quickest but may be due to seasonal delays.
