Bed Bug Rescue
I had a bed bug issue and Alex was quick on the scene to help me resolve this. They communicated everything so well and also gave me after care tips. They kept me calm because I was very anxious about the whole situation but they reassured me and helped me through every step. I would HIGHLY recommend!

The operative was great - customer services awful
The operative was great, however the company are badly let down by their communication with customers. To receive an email notifying change of an appointment, worded thus: To whom it may concern,
Thank you for choosing PEST UK.
Our technician will attend between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on 05/02/2026 - totally impersonal, no option to contact someone to ask if this is convenient, to top it all the customer services assistant who answered the call when I eventually found the contact number was rude and put the phone down on me. Fortunately the next person, who I understand to have been a director, was far more helpful. Pest UK Customer services staff need some serious education and reminding who pays their wages
