The pest control office
The pest control office , James , was great but the girl taking the information on the phone was very poor. She gave the pest control office the wrong information about the infestation ( he thought he was coming to treat beetles not moths ) and she couldn’t find the address by the post code despite it being explained several times.
At £720 it was expensive for a couple hours work but the result is the most important issue and the response was very quick .

The man who visited was extremely thorough, polite and friendly. He set traps in various sites but without success.

Explained everything that would happen and provided a quote for the job. After booking the operative arrived within 3 hours and was very polite and respectful of my property. He laid traps etc. explained what would happen next. All in all a very good company.

I contacted pest uk, and they were very helpful and friendly and professional.
They were able to get us booked in within a few hours and explained the process clearly. Sean came on time and was great, very professional and again he explained the process and was clear with what was needed.

Trapped Ppigeon was very happy with Hubas work today
I was very happy with Hubas work today. He expertly rescued a trapped pigeon from behind the fireplace place. He is very knowledgeable and reassuring. He thoroughly inspected the loft space for any infestations, eg rats ,squirrels and birds. On finding starlings nesting as well as the pigeon falling we take his advice and have 3 chimneys capped. Thank you.
