Vlad and Isa are excellent with their service
I had a great experience with Isa and Vlad. They provided an amazing service and are very trustworthy. Isa was wonderful on the phone, was polite, and responded to all of my questions clearly. Vlad was amazing with his pest service in my house. He was very nice and was clearly explaining why he was using his techniques. He gave a lot of reassurance to us during his service, which was very calming for my family in a stressful situation with the pest in our home. I would recommend this service to other people. I phoned thinking we had a problem with wasps in the loft. They sent someone out same day who checked everything and confirmed no live nests. Dave was absolutely brilliant so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend the company,

Our technician Tom Hamm was brillaint - Quick / tidy / efficient and helpful. HE did an excellent job of resolving our issue.
All of the technicians we have used have been excellent. The head office experience isn't as great. Not great at call backs and answering emails without looking at the full details. Slightly lets the company down.
