I needed items urgently and paid for express delivery (£20). The wrong items arrived, causing additional stress to find replacements. Many emails later and I had to return the items to the USA (tracked by their insistence or no refund) ) at my cost (£20) just to get a refund on the items only. No refund of initial delivery, despite saying they would. Overall I am out of pocket to £40 after the item refund. Feel completely RIPPED OFF and had no recourse as outside the UK.

There are so many amazing options to choose from, and everything is displayed really well, making it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I am not happy but I will not even try to return them (I bought 5 dressed, super ambitious, but I wish I had seen these reviews first) as I know they will not return my money, judging by all the previous reviews. The clothes ship from overseas- probably China. Took me SO long to receive my items - I had to inquire what was going on only to find that two pieces had been discontinued and my shipment was just sitting there. They said they’d rush the items out and it took two more weeks. When I wanted to return items due to poor quality I received FOUR responses trying to prevent me from shipping the product back. Instead they would refund / credit me a large portion of the original price. The clothes must be so cheap it is not even worth taking them back. Terrible customer service. Not worth shopping here.

Worst Company ever. I bought a dress that did not fit & wrote them asking where to return it. They write me back saying they could give me a percentage of my money back if I kept the dress! I told them they would be refunding me my full amount. They finally gave me an address & said they would give me the full amount BUT most of their products are returned back to the buyer & if they could confirm that then they would refund me. This all took 10 emails just to get this info. They need to be shut down.

The dresses look nice, but one of them was not the colour shown in the picture. The taupe green dress appeared more grey when I received it.

It would be helpful to see plus-size models and to know what size the model is wearing, so we can better assess the fit. This is my experience of choosing right dress size.

I ordered a dress that I needed by a certain date. The shipping dates they advertised said it would be here in plenty of time. Unfortunately, it wasn't -- it arrived after the event and I had no use for the dress. Returning it was extremely difficult. It took about five emails over the course of the week to get a return address. I had to keep repeating, "No, I don't want to keep the dress with a partial credit. It arrived too late. I would like a full refund." They finally gave me a return address, but deducted shipping charges from the refund. I asked to have those reimbursed too, since I never would have ordered had I known how late the dress would come. They refused and said their shipping dates were "only estimates". I do not recommend ordering from this company unless your timeline is very generous and you KNOW you'll have no need to return.
