Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on 9 March 2026 and shipped the same day, arriving on 16 March 2026—within our 5–10 day delivery timeline.
The bouquet is carefully folded so that the large size can fit securely inside the envelope. The fold is designed to make it easier to send to your friends or loved ones. This folding method is shown in our product photos, and the bouquet unfolds beautifully when opened.

Great product gerber
Great product, ordered the gerberas for my mum she loved them , she has Alzheimer'snd thought they needed watering they were that realistic. Great communication

I haven't actually seen one in full. I sent two to relatives in England and they loved them. I did have to re-seal the envelopes however as they came apart, but I would definitely order again.

Has a big crease along the vase... It doesnt open. Complete waste of money. After many many emails and photos they agreed to refund the cost ONLY if I removed the review. I don’t like being blackmailed!!
