I have a monthly subscription for my dogs tablets through Pet Chemist. I am sent a reminder before it's due which is great and the tablets always arrive in time. Extremely happy with this service. Highly recommend Pet Chemist.

I’m using this website to get supplements for my doggies with auto ship every 4 weeks. Also, I started ordering treats as the price is reasonable. However, this time one of the item was out of order and the total cost was not enough to get free shipping. Then, that item was on the stock and delivered later and charged shipping fee for it as well. I’m thinking of unsubscribing all the treats from the next auto ship and get only supplements from your website. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service- I urgently needed prescription meds for my cat and petchemist went above and beyond to ensure a speedy delivery. The original
Prescription got lost in the post and they contacted my vet and got the prescription as soon as possible so they could send the meds. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Pet Chemist provided superlative service. There was a problem with the prescription supplied by my vet. Pet Chemist reached out to the vet directly to have the problem rectified and then called me to explain what had happened. Even with this complication, my order arrived promptly.
