Easy to order the product I wanted online then a quick delivery. I was kept informed of progress of my order. So easy!

I am still waiting for my order - I haven’t had any updates since I called the call centre to chase my order and yes I am still waiting and have had no updates since my phonecall.

I like the product but why send it in a box a small padded envelope would be cheaper

Excellent communication, tracking and quick delivery. Competitive pricing, way cheaper medication than from the vet.

If i could give zero I would. I am sick of the parcel not being delivered . Please cancel my on going order and refund my credit card for the current delivery. I will not now accept the current delivery . I work and I have asked for the parcel to be left and its not. I donot wish to use your service again

This company provides a wonderful service. The whole process is easy and swift.
The customer service is ten out of ten and if there are any queries you can ring and they sort it immediately.
Postage is very quick and l have never had an issue with this company. Have recommended it to several of my family and friends who also use the company. Great job to you all.
