I have ordered my dogs medication from Pet Chemist online three times. Every time I have received my orders with in two days.To top it off the pricing of my dogs medication is a lot cheaper than going through a vet.Would highly recommend this company.

From ordering to receiving was so fast, very happy , my gal Luna had just been diagnosed with Cushins , the cost of all the tests etc and meds through vets was so large , found you guys and hopefully saved me money each month for her medication Thanks heaps

Received notification of order l wasn't expecting and requested it to be cancelled (couldn't afford it at the time) Rep said it was already processed and sent , even though the COURIER said they didn't have it and sender was still preparing it.!!!!! Rep provided zero consideration and actual customer service!!!
Will NEVER use them again!! Also the last time their delivery took forever to arrive!!!

I am pleased with the service that pet chemist has provided me, but, as for the courier company that you choose to deliver your orders has me on the verge of finding another supplier.
Aramax couriers are unreliable, don’t deliver on time & leave calling cards to say they attempted to deliver that take you in loops online with no official outcome. My order was an ‘authority to leave’ and yet it was not delivered. It was taken back to their depot , without any notice of where their depot is, saying that they can redeliver the parcel for a small fee. The tracking number on the card left didn’t correspond to the tracking number from pet chemist, making it even harder to try and locate.
I did receive my order, but this was 2 days after Fleur contacting them & Aramax telling her that they would have it out for re-delivery on the Tuesday 24th. I didn’t receive my order until 26th. In the meantime I had to purchase more food for my dog from another company as I hadn’t received my order in time.

It was good overall except I had repeats still left on the prescription and did not know that all prescriptions automatically expire after 12 months whether there are repeats or not on them. So I received communication that there was not a current prescription on file. So trying to connect with PetChemist about this was a bit tricky as the Help Centre did not seem to be working. I did phone and the issue was explained to me and I was able to resolve it with my vet sending a new prescription through. However, I appreciated all the communication from PetChemist at every stage.

Hi, I sent an order together with scanned script and tracking number for express post of original script. Apparently my scanned copy and tracking code wasn't received. They were sent together so I'm confused. I also paid for priority processing with express postage sent on a Thursday and my order took a week to arrive, it was epilepsy medication for a new diagnosis. You were recommended by our vet so I was surprised my order took time to process and arrive 12.3.26 order received by Pet Chemist 26.3.26 medication arrived. Thank you

Pricing is one thing PMP ear suspension from the vet a staggering $77.78. online for exactly the same product packaging 30 ml bottle $23.95 certainly makes a huge difference. Shipping was fast no issues. I shop here due to high cost of medication.
