Julie kept us well informed of order progress whilst Darren (shutters) and Neil (blinds) did a first class job of fitting. Peter John Interiors made every step of the process of buying blinds a pleasure! From my initial visit to the Berkhamsted store, to the fitting, everything was done with efficiency, thoughtfulness, care and professionalism. The only difficulty I had was deciding which fabric pattern to choose!

Beautifully made and adjusted
I have used Peter John several times over the years, most recently for a number of blinds. The products are lovely and the fitting was simple.
When I called to request a tweak to one blind, it was dealt with promptly.
Not the cheapest, but great service and choice of products/fabrics.

The staff, fitter and manager Julie were always very helpful and friendly each time I spoke to them. Felt you were important to them. Any problems they quickly rectified. Would have no hesitation in using Peter John again. Also nice to have the manager Julie thanking you “for your business” which was very much appreciated in this day and age.
