The WORST company in living memory. FALSIFIED records then non existent service or contact with customer for simple tasks. Incorrect contact details, email ignored, phone never answered, messages not returned. This company struggles with basics, such as delivering a clean car, if I had returned in that state I'd have been charged fees. STEER CLEAR of this USELESS and DISHONEST company, it will save you hassle and a headache. If I could give this company no star review I would.

Using Peter Vardy has been shocking!
Car is faulty, no response to emails or calls.
Once they get their commission they are done.
I would advise people to stay away and save yourself the stress and expense that the company causes their customers.

I recently traded in my old car and bought a new one from Peter Vary in Motherwell. From start to finish we dealt with Kelly Bates and I cannot fault the customer service we received at all from Kelly. We got a brilliant deal and are really happy with our new car and the price we got for trade in too. The process took a little longer than we were expecting it to, nothing to do with Kelly it was just the finance side, but we’re kept up to date with what was happening. Even on her day off she made contact to keep us in the loop which was very much appreciated. 5 star service definitely.

Hi - I cannot get hold of Peter Vardy either and have a lease car on order. No idea what's going on but really frustrating...

I’ve been trying to get in contact with them in the last few weeks but with success. I left multiple messages and sent emails but no one reply at all
