GREAT water fountain!!
I LOVE my rechargeable water fountain. I have had other brands before, and I will have to say that this one by far has been the best and my favorite. Easy to clean, easy to fill and easy to change the filter.

Makkelijk te instaleren 1kat ging er gelijk op andere mpet nog even wennen.Is een geweldige kattenbak hoef niet steeds de bak uit te scheppen hou tijd over. Service ook top bij een vraag wordt er gelijk kontakt opgenomen zelfs meerdere keren. Kunnen veel bedrijven een voorbeeld aan nemen. Jaren eerder moeten kopen. Erg blij mee.En de katten ook.

We're really sorry, but we had a shortage of filters which caused some customers to not receive their products on time. The good news is that this issue is now fixed! We've got new filters in our warehouse and have also sent a batch to our local warehouse in the US. This means that in a month, the filters will be delivered faster!

You split my order up. Don’t know when I’ll receive my other half of the order. Waiting on liners for pan. I received the deodorizers. Ugh.❤️

Fountain filters
When I place my order, the filters are always in stock, and they ship rather quickly. I get the exact order that fits my cat fountain perfectly. Not like the generic ones.

Wrong or no product
I ordered what should've been the dog smart water fountain. Instead I get the cat one, $100 less and useless to me.I also never received the water pump thati ordered and they took the money from my account....... I'm having second thoughts. I loved this thing but..... The pump already died.....

It was a nightmare dealing with this…
It was a nightmare dealing with this company. It took almost 2 months for me to receive the replacement pump because the 1st one went bad & then I received it broken. I don’t know if it broke during shipping or what happened to it. Unfortunately, I will not buy from them again. The water drinking fountain itself is a good product.

We sincerely apologize for the poor after-sales experience you have encountered. We highly value our customers' shopping and after-sales experience. To avoid such situations in the future, we have improved this process by bulk shipping some of the pump inventory to the United States. This means you can receive the replacement pump in as little as one week, which also significantly reduces the likelihood of pump damage. Additionally, thanks to our use of a system for communication with the warehouse rather than spreadsheets, orders are typically not missed or delayed by the warehouse.
Product is great
Product is great. Works to keep our dogs water clean. The shipping is the only drawback, it takes several weeks to get filters after you order. Need to be shipped from inside the US.

Look else for your product
The company does respond in a timely manner to emails about product problems, says it will send parts and doesn't, makes absurd assumptions about pets and their habits, for a sum total of a terrible retail experience. So months later, I paid $100 for an automatic water bowl that may never have a chance to work.
