Absolutely terrible company... Indestructible ??? What a joke.. Cheap Chinese crap... 2 toys destroyed within minutes.... Good luck trying to get your money back ......... What a scam

NOT durable. NOT a trustworthy company. I bought two of these on a buy one get one deal. My dog (lab mix) ripped it apart in less than 5 minutes.
I’m my attempt to receive my guaranteed refund, the company has been unwilling to help and now even getting short with me.
They offer me to replace the piece of crap toy, or after several emails, offered me a 30% return. This tells me they’d rather pedal more of these low quality toys for free than give me a 30% refund.
I had a feeling this might have happened but went through with the purchase anyway. Buyer beware!

I’d give them zero stars if possible. The claim these toys are made for aggressive chewers is absolutely false. They are also much smaller than advertised. Their phone # doesn’t work and their email bounces back. Don’t fall for their cute pictures and false claims. This company appears to be a well made internet scam.

Would rate zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. They claim the toys are indestructible. This is an outright lie. My 20 pound terrier had it ripped open within minutes. She swallowed the squeaker inside and had to have it removed at the emergency vet with an endoscope. Total bill was $4,000. Company says satisfaction guaranteed. However they would only refund $6 of the $39.99 they stole from me. Customer service claimed I was the only complaint they had ever received! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T BUY THIS CHINESE JUNK! Sure wish I had not be so gullible and would have seen all these terrible reviews. Only trust this product if your pet doesn’t have any teeth.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Their customer service is a joke ZERO response. My tiny 22 pounds cockapoo had one of the totally destroyed within 5 min. NOT worth the money. Will dispute purchase with my bank.

The stuffed animal toys for aggressive chewers was a joke. My Corgi had the monkey torn apart in minutes with stuffing, a squeaker and pieces everywhere. I contacted the company requesting to return the two unopened toys for a refund. They offered 30%. After waiting weeks for these to be delivered it was a big letdown. Buy Barkbox instead, they at least last days and then there’s a ball to play with.

This company's products are just the same as a stuffed animal you would buy at the dollar store. DO NOT believe the hype. My pups tore the ear off in about 15 minutes and then the whole head of the fox in an hour.

The positive is the company will respond and does communicate. The negative is their communication is all lies. All these negative reviews are spot on. The best advice is to don't buy and tell all your friends. Reach out to Facebook and tell them to not allow this company to advertise on their platform. It further shows that Facebook is not out to protect their members by letting a company like this advertise on their platform.

Terrible toys, broken within seconds and customer service doesn’t care. Their website reviews are clearly fake - the grammar is too good in them to be real

Would give zero stars. Saw ad touting nearly indestructible pet toy. Total lie and waste of money. Destroyed in seconds. Will not refund. Told me would replace a toy or refund 30%. I agreed to 30%. Got $6 refund from $40 order. Never buy from them.

The indestructible plush stuffed animals are far from indestructible. My dog had all 3 destroyed within an hour.

False advertise, don't waste your money on these toys. DONT BUY!!

Never received my order and customer service will not reply to my emails. Useless company. From what I am reading, it might be ok that I did not get their crappy product.

Company claims indestructible and 100% satisfaction guaranteed, well, after waiting about two weeks my dog was able to destroy both toys I purchased within 30min. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Customer service was contacted but would not fully refund, only 30%. Regret buying, will never buy from this company again.

This company claims to sell indestructible robust pet toys yet within 1 hour of giving 2 toys to my dog, one toy’s leg came off at the seam and the other toy’s seam along the back was split wide open.

I was highly disappointed in the lack of quality of this product and when I went to look at the refund policy, the company does not offer one.

My dog’s other toys have lasted a heck of a lot longer than 1 hour.

This was a complete waste of money!

I wish I read these reviews before buying my aggressive chewing dog toys from Petronics! In less than one day she went through all three toys, ripping the heads off, chewing the ears to shreds, and mutilating all the squeakers. The return policy is in the fine print. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PET TOYS unless your dog is a couch potato and doesn't have any teeth.

My dog (30 lb labradoodle) destroyed in 2 days. Not sure how they can claim it’s indestructible. Not even close. Like any other plush dog toy.

The toy was destroyed by my dog 15 minutes after ot arrived! Indestructible? I think not.

Indestructible! NOT. My dog totally destroyed toy in 30 min flat! Going to credit card to get refund for total false advertising. Do not I repeat do no buy these toys.
I’ve had 3.99 toys last longer than these.
