Extremely responsive and helpful support. Always quick and easy to deal with. Plus, I get a 30% discount with my Pet Insurance provider.

Probably one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with that all comes down to the actions of the pharmicist/receptionist Tama.

Tama was rude, hostile and extremely unhelpful and her attitude has actively made my cat sicker having gone through PetScripts. I'm not sure if this is an indicator of how things are run at PetScripts but I regret my decision to do business with them.

Choose PetScripts if you want to save money on Euthanasia, because Tama and the people at PetScripts certainly don't care about the health and wellbeing of their patients.

Script lost in the mail, and they did not accept scanned version. They are not willing to contact my Vet to confirm or anything else. Re-issuing heart medication scripts will take away any convinece that this service suppose to give us.
They will ask for my review before they actually help which shows level of priority they have.

My pets heart medicine didn't come in time, the vet had to put my dog down because she had chronic heart failure and it was causing her distress now, so I had to call petscripts to get a refund for 250 dollars worth of medicine and they didn't care, they didn't refund and said basically that it's too bad, even though I didn't open the Australia Post package, I don't recommend them, I have 4 other pets so they won't get my money again, I'll spend elsewhere and I know a lot of people that have pets who knows what's happened.

Thanks Tama for assisting with the pet scripts for Jazzi. So love the service and the reduced costs for being a member.

Service at Keperra with Tama has been exceptional specifically understanding the delicate response and accurate timing for delivery of insulin requiring fast delivery to ensure life of the drug. Very grateful.

I love this company. I love the customer service and care. So prompt to get in touch to remind me I'd run out of repeats for the medication that was on file so I could get in touch with the vet etc. Online dashboard etc easy to navigate. I also love the arrangement with my pet insurance for a discount on medication. So helpful.

I've been using Petscripts for a while now, and it’s always been a great experience. The online store is super easy to navigate, but it did take me a couple attempts to find out where to use my Bow Wow Meow pet insurance discount. Their pricing is competitive, so I feel like I'm getting good value for my money given our pup is on a lot of meds for her allergies.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. The Australian-based team is fantastic – they actually pick up the phone and call you or your Vet if there are any issues with your pet’s prescription, which I really appreciate. It’s a nice touch that makes the whole process feel more personal.

Delivery is always prompt, even out here in Perth, which can sometimes feel like the end of the earth when it comes to shipping. Overall, Petscripts has been reliable, affordable, and just easy to work with. Highly recommended for fellow pet owners!

This morning I emailed with a question regarding the repeats on my pets recent script. Tama was most helpful in advising the number of repeats due and advising of an error on our record and in turn updated our profile to the correct information.

I had placed an expensive order for dog medication but sadly my dog passed away before the medication was sent. Petscripts refunded me without an issue.

Found these guys as my pet insurance has a promotion for half price scripts. Very easy to deal with communication great . More expensive than my normal supplier but cheaper at the moment with promotions

I’ve been buying my dogs meds from petscripts for awhile now and just prior to Xmas my delivery was supposedly delivered……..to the wrong house, no fault of petscripts whatsoever. I panicked knowing it was Xmas and called them but couldn’t speak with a human being as Aussie post does not employ HUMANS to answer any calls.
Petscripts went above and beyond to help me. I tracked down my parcel and it clearly stated my address yet the postie delivered it 2 houses up…..
I am so grateful for petscripts kindness and support in helping me track my parcel.
