We had such a wonderful experience working with Brenda at Petsfly during our move to Spain with our corgi and cat. Brenda made the entire process so much easier!! She was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, always quick to answer questions, explain requirements, and guide us through each step of the process. Her communication gave us so much peace of mind, especially during moments when we weren’t sure about documentation or timing. Thanks to Brenda’s organization and support, our pets’ move went smoothly and safely. Knowing we had someone knowledgeable and attentive helping us made a huge difference and reduced so much of the stress that can come with relocating animals internationally.

Having Petsfly take care of all the documentation and transport arrangements for our cat Rosie, took tremendous pressure off of us having to try and do it. From start to finish, Jeni coordinated with us regarding what airline we wished to use and helped us with the required carrier. Both Jeni in Phoenix and Jayne in the UK, kept us informed and updated with everything. All of our concerns were answered. When our flight (along with Rosie's), got cancelled on the day we were due to leave, Jeni took care of rearranging Rosie's flight. Rosie arrived before us at Heathrow Airport and Petsfly in the UK arranged for pickup and boarding. Jayne kept us informed and updated as soon as Rosie landed. Jeni and Jayne were always within reach with a phone call and they both sent photos from Rosie's check-in at the airport, to Rosie's arrival and boarding in the UK. We would highly recommend using their services. It is expensive to transport a pet to the UK, but was totally worth every penny spent. Huge thanks to both Jeni and Jayne and Petsfly. They genuinely cared for Rosie and her safety was the upmost importance.

My hedgehog and I moved twice with Petsfly. The first one was national, and the second one was from US to Canada. Since she got older than her first flight, I had so many questions and concerns, but Jeni and agents who were involved in this trip have been absolutely patient, always kind, and very caring. If I need to move again with my pets or have my friends planning to move, I will definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for making this big move so easy!

Jeni was wonderful. We started the process with Petsfly in February, planning our move to Spain then thought we might be moving to UK instead. No problem for Jeni, she answered questions and provided information. She was very helpful through the whole process and didn’t blink an eye when our move date kept sliding farther and farther into the future.
Jeni kept us informed and liaised with our vet ensuring all necessary paperwork and vaccines were administered and completed on time.
On the day of our Mickey’s move his driver picked him up in Tucson for the ride to LA. He quickly made friends with Mickey and kept us informed during the journey. Mickey arrived safely in Frankfurt where he overnighted at the Animal Lounge and we received pictures. We were concerned about his late scheduled arrival to Madrid so his flight was changed and he arrived earlier. When Mickey was delivered it was clear that he had been well taken care. If we have to make a similar move, we would definitely use Petsfly again. All of our questions/concerns were addressed and handled expertly. I would without a doubt recommend Petsfly.

The Team at Petsfly was nothing short of amazing. Transiting cats can be a stressful and rough experience for you and your pets and Petsfly took nearly all that stress and made it easily manageable. Even when the airline made mistakes Petsfly was on hand to address and resolve our issues the best way possible. When the airlines turned me around with my dog and made it seem like it wasn’t possible, Petsfly made it happen!! I moved to Puerto Rico from Colorado. The process is very organized and detailed. We sent a few pics of my dog and kennel, answered a few basic questions to start the process. We were assigned a coordinator whom we met virtually to delineate a transportation plan. She provided all the process information like the paperwork needed, vaccines, kennel specifications, food packaging, etc. They also provided what flights were scheduled with an AWB tracking number. In my case we needed boarding, and they were amazing places. My dog gets nervous and growls and all the handlers kept her relaxed. They provided updates all the way with every stop she made and even sent me pics of my dog! My dog arrived safe, healthy, and clean! Thank you Brenda, Kerry, and Anthony!

Our experience moving our cats to the UK was great and only because we used Petsfly. Brenda handled everything seamlessly and kept us updated every step of the way. When we decided to move slightly sooner than expected, she jumped on rearranging everything asap. She also worked with our veterinarian to make sure we had all the correct materials. We had a phenomenal experience working with Petsfly.com to relocate our beloved dog from Boston, MA to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a family move! From the start, Jeni was an incredible communicator, who was responsive, clear, and informative. She guided us through an intricate, multi-step process in a way that felt manageable and understandable. From getting our dog the correct travel kennel to navigating the veterinary requirements to booking the travel itself, everything was seamless. We opted for full door-to-door service (including customs) and could not be happier with the results! While international pet travel is obviously not a cheap endeavor, we found Petsfly's fees to be extremely reasonable for the high value of service they provided: it was beyond worth its weight in gold.

On a personal note, our dog is extremely anxious and reactive, and also 11.5 years old. I was admittedly very anxious myself about her travel, as this was not only a long journey but also her first time on a plane. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about: the people that Jeni and Petsfly chose to care for our dog treated her as though she were their own beloved furry family member. The thoughtfulness with which they treated her and good communication throughout made for good experience for both humans and dog!

This was a great experience. I was having a hard time with the airline to transport my husky from Colorado to New York. I reach out to pet fly and they made everything possible. We had a wonderful experience using PetsFly to move our two cats from DC to London! Brenda was prompt, communicative, and always had answers to our endless questions :) Although it was a stressful process to navigate, PetsFly made everything as easy as it could have been.

Originally I was going to go with a different company to move my pets but the communication was slow and a little confusing, plus the first vet I took my pets to didn't fill out the paperwork correctly and this pet mover didn't catch it. I ended up going with Petsfly because Jeni was so good at communicating and helping with the paperwork I needed from the vet and on the Thailand side with the Pet Import Permit. She immediately put me at ease and guided me every step of the way. Once the pets were picked up I received regular travel updates and photos of my babies.
