We were looking for a buggy for our two aging chihuahuas. There was a large choice of quality pushchairs for various types of use. The one we chose is perfect and we bought the mattress to go inside. Both were delivered promptly and Petsownus kept in touch all the way.

We bought the Innopet Comfort AIR ECO | All-Terrain Dog & Pet Stroller for our 10yr frenchie who has IVDD bit still loves going on the beach and in the sea when he can. It is absolutely amazing and has changed our lives! Reggie is still able to do what he wants and then rest in the stroller. It is well built and feels sturdy. It is easy to push on the sand and collapse down and fit in the car. It even fits in a Mini! The wheels also come off if needed for a more compact package!!
Great customer service also. We forgot to add the discount code so emailed petsownus and they replied within 30 mins and added the discount!!

Fast delivery, great product and my dachshund loves his new innopet stroller

Patrick gave me the time to explain my westie's specific needs and advised me thoughtfully and carefully. He suggested options available and advised me thoroughly. He gave me expert accounts of the products and when I ordered the incorrect size, was happy to change my item to a smaller size. I really could not recommend them enough. Wonderful people to turn to in times of need for your pets. As my westies Fingal's conditions deteriorate I will need additional items abd I will certainly return tothis company. I considde that my time and money spent here have been spent well.

After deciding I need to purchase a stroller for my German shepheard I came across pets own us site i found the one i wanted to buy I measured my dog I asked member of staff on what’s app which one would be more suitable they were so helpful I went and purchased petique Apollo elite large dog stroller it is of exceptional quality my dog loves it the company are amazing n so helpful I would highly recommend pets own us for all your animal needs

Excellent service and great product. Our dog is happy in her new chariot!

Excellent emailed me straight back answering my questions helpful with the measurements and asking what dog stroller I used as they don't stock pawhut stroller and was interested into looking into that make .

Very easy to order. Advised when product was ready for despatch and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. Great buggy. Dog loves it.

I contacted the company when I was investigating buying a buggy for my elderly dog. I got a swift response, with lots of useful info and advice. I ended up buying a model they pointed out , which was cheaper than the one I was looking at. It is perfect , and my girl is really happy using it. The turnaround between ordering and delivery was quick too. So grateful for the recommendation that sent me to the Pers Own Us people.

I Made contact via the business WhatsApp before ordering my injured dog a buggy. Very quick response very helpful, answered all my questions and generally very knowledgeable on the products they are selling. Delivery was amazingly quick ordered on a Wednesday morning delivered by Friday afternoon in time for a long bank holiday weekend. We Went for the inno pet sporty deluxe, which handles the fields and tracks well.. folds down fits in the car on the back seat. So easy to put together. Only criticism is the front zip opens in two halves from the top- in my opinion giving too much freedom for the dog to jump out the front. We have found a solution. So I’m very happy with the what we brought. My dog is a 24kg mini labradoodle, my mums 20kg cocker spaniel does fit in it better. But still enough space for dog, and shorter rounder dog max of 25kg this is ideal!

I had a fantastic experience with Pets Own Us. The price was great, and getting 10% off was an added bonus!

POU were fantastic to deal with, with very prompt and helpful replies via their WhatsApp number. The buggy I ordered arrived incredibly quickly, especially as I had explained that I was returning to work the following week making deliveries tricky!

I’m very pleased with the buggy I ordered — it’s exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would definitely recommend Pets Own Us and would happily buy from them again.

My dog strained a ligament in back leg, vet said extremely minimal movement for 8 weeks, so I bought the innopet stroller which arrived promptly. It is absolutely brilliant, light, beautiful engineering. It is perfect for our needs at the moment which is to be able to go out for “walks” in a restful healing way for the dog.

Fast delivery , great product and communication from seller
Highly recommend

Great dog seat, good size and fittings for Foley!

Fast delivery and an outstanding product.
The build quality is far superior to previous purchases.
You do get what pay for, and this model also folds up so small as to be perfectly portable!

Great communication. Got the bag to me before we went away. Great product. Great seller

I have 2 sproodles but different weights. I wanted to buy a stroller that would take both weights combined. So they would have room to stretch out and be comfortable. Both of them are getting old now and struggling with long walks and going out for days. I wanted to buy something they could easily get in and out and well made. I looked at loads of different brands and sizes. I found this one on Pets own us. I thought it was expensive compared to other ones I’d seen on other sites. But I thought cheaper ones aren’t always best. I’m so pleased with my purchase it’s the best money well spent.
Delivery was quick. Easy to assemble and fold down and put in the boot of the car.
I have set the stroller up in my garden and left the ramp down to get my boys used to going in and feeling safe inside. I managed to get them to go in with sausages.
We’ve been out for days and took it on holiday just got back from Tenby.
They will get in without treats now.
My boys would walk then when they get tired they know they can climb in with ease up the ramp and rest for hours while we walk around. It has been brilliant they are comfortable and enjoy looking out where they’re going.
We haven’t tried it on the back of our bike yet but I’m sure we will.

This small business is amazing ran by such friendly people. I needed a very specific stroller for my chihuahua that was small enough and I had a brand in mind. They went above & beyond to source it from Asia and the communication was amazing.
Definitely recommend, support small business!
