Frankie and Ivy went to stay with Martyn, Kelly and the kids for a week and had a wonderful time while I was on a work trip. The dogs have really bonded with them, this was their second stay with the family and the pugs charged through the door like they own the place. They received excellent care, lots of snuggles, meds administered and came home happy and exercised. I got photos and updates every day and they manage the quirks of both dogs so well - I can go away knowing they're receiving the best care and all the love and attention they deserve. Thank you to Jane at Petstay for finding such wonderful caregivers.

Our working cocker spaniel had a 1 night stay with home boarder Claire to test if he was ok for a longer stay later in the year. Every aspect of this was great - the initial contact with the Norfolk rep Sophia, the booking and payment process and most importantly the home boarder herself and how much she treated our boy as her own!

Claire and her family welcomed him a were lovely providing regular updates vis Whatsapp. He came home a very tired, happy dog and we are not only reassured about his stay later this year but we’ve now also booked him an additional stay next month as we are so happy he was happy! Absolutely 5* experience.

Alison and Ian were great: friendly and keen to ensure that they knew everything about our dog's usual routine so they could make her stay as relaxing as possible. Only problem: I had to chase her to get her harness on when we went to pick her up as she was having such a good time she wasn't sure she wanted to come home!

Bruce had a fantastic holiday with Andrew and Anne for 2 weeks! They kept us up to date with how he was and sent loads of gorgeous photos. He was clearly completely settled and happy with them and we wouldn’t hesitate to place Bruce in their care again!

Our boy Rafa is a regular with Petstay and Eleanor's family. We have complete trust in Petstay, their vetting processes, and the care for our dog when we are away. We love the daily updates, pictures, and the constant communication is excellent. We see our dog having a wonderful family experience and he is always relaxed and calm on our return. We have used Petstay over a number of years now and travel usually multiple times per year. I highly recommend them.

We have used petstay several times now for my little cava poo. I have to say we have been so pleased and reassured each time recent use Carer Sara P. BL area l could tell how well she cared for him. The service is exceptional worth the cost.
In the past also used Janet / Jim Coln. Which also gave excellent level of care. ( its a good idea to have two carers in case of booking inconvenient dates )
I would add my dog " Biscuit" would bring his carers home with him if it was possible now that tells me something reassuring.

I was looking for a pet boarding service that was registered and insured - and I came across PetStay. I was very impressed by the conversation I had with Sophia, she asked all the right questions and was highly motivated to match my dog, Monty, with the right carer. I was not providing lots of notice, for various reasons, so I found her positive approach very helpful. We were matched with Tracey (and Mark) who were fantastic carers. They were clearly both experienced dog owners/carers and absolutely nothing phased them. Their house and garden set up suited Monty very well but was clearly flexible for different dogs. Tracey was careful and checked in a couple of times about things which I found very reassuring. I will be very happy for Monty to stay with Tracey and Mark again and to use the PetStay service.

Dora our goldendoodle had a lovely time with Julie we could relax for a few days knowing that Dora was being so well cared for.
Julie sent photos of Dora to us it was lovely to see her looking so happy and content.
Dors has stayed a few times with Julie and other petstay carers and I couldn't fault any of the lovely carers.

Jazzy just had another holiday with andrea and estelle she loves it they both get on well together sharing the same settee pushing poor andrea off i think.lots pictures of jazzy which was very reasuring to see thank you again pet stay sophia for matching us up with andrea see you again end of year

Jessamy has been looking after our quirky but loveable Wheaten terrier for six years now. He always bounds in to see her when we drop him off and is content and safe in her wonderful care. Thank you, Jessamy!

Katie is brilliant at matching dogs with their perfect holiday carers. Christine and George are lovely people, experienced in caring for dogs, even ones with 'special needs' like ours. They gave him a wonderful, happy weekend and gave us a worry free one. Thank you both so much.

Bella was well cared for a very happy. We would recommend Samantha for your pets care.

Billie went to stay with Keith and Nok while we were on holiday. We didn’t think he would settle as we have previously had bad experiences when using kennels. Petstay is very different to kennels though and Billie loved his stay. We were constantly updated with photos and videos of him during his stay and I think he had a better time than us. It was a 5 star experience for him and we have his next visit booked.

Our dog Eric enjoys his visits away from home and is very well cared for with lots of walks and loving.

Petstay is brilliantly run always doing its best to meet any requirements. Would definitely recommend.

Marley had a wonderful stay with Roy as usual. He could not wait to see him again and enjoyed being thoroughly spoilt. Roy kept us updated with emails and photos as requested.

Charlie my 1 year old cocker had his first Petstay with Shirley and Vincent. The 3 of them got on fabulously. I was kept up to date with his activities...and frequent photographs.and Charlie clearly enjoyed himself. The house and garden were perfect for a dog. And Vincent and Shirley are lovely people, who clearly love dogs. I'll book again

Excellent pairing between the customer and potential host. Lots of information provided to guide a person new to the company and procedure.
Hosts were superb and our dog made welcome and loved his first ever holiday stay with them. Would recommend as I understand how important your dog is to you and finding the right host is important.

Our Border Collie, Max had a fantastic stay with David and Beth, they sent us photos and videos and kept us up to date with Max’s stay.
The pre-stay meet up was great, all paperwork completed and Max got to sniff the garden.
The booking system was simple and we will be back when we next go away.
We really felt relaxed on holiday knowing that Max was happy and well cared for
