Just made what must’ve been our 6th claim for an ongoing skin condition. Payment made to the vet so I just pay the difference. Super quick turnaround and just wholesome and human customer support. Love Petsy and their team

Petsy is super simple to use. I’ve never had any trouble with lodging a claim for my dog. The website is easy to understand and the emails I receive in response come quickly and are genuinely polite. I have no complaints whatsoever! They’re good value for money. I’ve been with them for almost two years now and plan to stay with them forever - as long as they don’t change their quality of service of course. I’ve lodged several claims and all went very smoothly.

My experiences with petsy has been nothing but amazing. I now have one dog and three cat policies with top coverage. Veterinary care runs in the family as several generations have worked in the field, so we have seen a lot in our time and have used a number of Pet Insurers over the years. None come close to Petsy when is come to the support and service. Protecting animals is in our family's DNA and it gives me comfort knowing that the staff we have dealt with at Petsy are all in the same boat. I've recently rescued another and also chosen Petsy even after again calling around and comparing cover.

We used to be with medibank and we got caught out with the "per condition" excess and limits. My husband found Petsy through Costco and they have no limits that will catch us out. Made a small claim and are very happy with switching.

I got a new puppy and did some research and found Petsy and liked the reviews on Product Review. He started having gait issues and we went to see a neurologist at SASH. I didn't expect Petsy would cover his costs of the MRI and analysis, as we had just made one monthly premium payment and to my surprise they covered most of it and were so friendly and helpful. Very supportive for us during a difficult time. They required more paperwork and the process is more manual but I think the people and the coverage is fantastic. I'm so thankful to them for helping us through a difficult time. My puppy is still growing, so we hope he'll be ok - but he may need surgery in the future, and we are glad we have Petsy to support us.

Most pleasant insurance company I’ve ever dealt with! I had a bunch of questions on dog insurance and the Petsy team were so patient and explained everything clearly to me. If only all customer service was like this

Transferred my pet insurance to Petsy due to good reviews and apparent cover. After paying my first premium, they requested my dogs vet history, of which there has been no illness or injury. One noted detail of my Golden Retriever was ‘overweight’ as he was 35kg two years ago, and the vet wished for him to be 33kg, an arbitrary number. The Certificate of Insurance issued by Petsy however said not covered for “OVERWEIGHT OR ASSOCIATED CONDITIONS”, thereby meaning they can refuse cover for any illness or injury, stating he was noted as overweight two years ago and this may have contributed. It’s as vaguely worded as possible. Lucky I cancelled this policy as fast as I could!!! Read the fine print and look past the “it’s all good” writing style…

Great company highly recommendedThis is simply the best company to deal with!!!! I cannot say enough about Petsy, my Wolfhound Phelan had a seizure and a very expensive procedure and they sorted everything per policy. The ladies who looked after us where amazing to deal with. A great experience in a difficult time.

Petsy's customer care team is dedicated to their cause and they are very kind and patient over the phone. They were very transparent with their policies and guided me through all of my queries. It is clear they know what they are doing and why they do it, very professional and also personable team.
