The discounts are not even worth signing up for.
We use it to have all fuel accounted for but we do not get much back for it and would look at an alternative if it came by. Very Very hard to ever talk to a person.

P-Fleet has been a great addition to our Business Operations. As a public charter school, P-Fleet has increased our ability to monitor fuel expenses and maintain fiscal integrity while remaining flexible to allow our employees to do their jobs. The reporting features allow us to track usage by person and vehicle for oversight. We have been extremely pleased with the usefulness of P-Fleet Fuel cards for our organization. Customer service was friendly and efficient, helping us set up our account to provide exactly the security and reporting we were seeking.

The speed
The speed, accuracy and the time the P-Fleet staff put into their response on our inquiry regarding "Gas Theft" (loaded Unleaded instead of Diesel) was instrumental in our management's discovery of these occurrences which transpired from April 15th, 2026, to July 15th, 2026.
This is why we have been a Loyal P-Fleet Customer since 2009. They are highly customer-service oriented and are simply "Excellent Service" personified. Especially, Allen Rios.

After doing much research on gas cards for our company I chose P-Fleet. The entire experience right from the beginning has been fantastic! I love all the information that is provided in our portal, I love the ease of canceling and ordering new cards, adding new employees and so on. P-Fleet is an excellent company!
We have been a client for a little over 8 years. P-Fleet is very easy to work with. Their online platform is easy to navigate. Whenever we have an issue, they are quick to respond. Other fuel companies offer discounts when you start, but after a while, they start charging fees for their services. P-Fleet doesn't charge for their services.
