Pharmaneek Pharmacy Services Avis 3

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We started using this for my father in law to make things easier for my husband and to increase my father in law's autonomy since he can't drive. But it was a difficult time getting started with wrong meds and packaging that wasn't to our request. Then things leveled out for a while. He recently went into the hospital. All his meds changed. I have spent way too much time on hold, making calls and leaving messages to get his meds corrected. NO ONE CALLED back until we asked his provider to send his meds to another pharmacy. Now they are holding his scripts hostage saying he has an outstanding balance. He pays as soon as anything comes in. If there is a balance it's very very little. I tried to call and make a payment to get this cleared. NO ONE ANSWERED. There is no prompt for billing. We are going into a holiday weekend and need his meds but we are hostage to a company that doesn't answer OR return calls!

RxPro said they sent it overnight FedX on Friday but then fed x said they had not received it. Then On Monday I called RxPros and they said that was unusual. Then Fed x said I would get it on Wed. The web site does not keep up with the phamacy or fedx. But the bottom line is that I got the med. I got a good price. Now it is a matter of it being the real thing. I paid for the whole year to get the discount so I hope they are legit.

It appears this pharmacy is contracted with RxPros, who provides access to Tirzepatide. They have the worst turnaround in getting your medication out in time. They received my prescription on July 11. On Monday July 14th I called and spoke to Matt/Matthew and he said I should have my medication in a day. I placed a follow up call and spoke to another representative on July 16th and said they were still working on it and was unable to provide any further information. I called again on July 17th, spoke to another female representative and she said they are still working on it and that the medication actually ships from a Lab out in Florida. No one seems to be able to help or provide accurate information. Stay away from this pharmacy!!
