I ordered 10 rose bushes of different varieties and colors, they arrived quite quickly and well, they grew and bloomed well, but the roses are not the same species as the ones in the photos, sometimes not even the same color... It's a scam but at least you have alive plants

Could not be happier with the service. It’s a German pharmacy offering all the over the counter products I can’t get in the UK.
I have tried several sources over the years, those who are still prepared to ship to post-Brexit Britain are usually very expensive.
I am so pleased I found Pharmasana. They had my preferred anti-cold herbal pills (Angocin) at a very competitive price, plus a few other things. Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Saturday via DHL. All around perfect service.

I found an item I needed to purchase on the Pharmasana website that had gone out of stock in the UK. Being cautious I emailed them to see if they really did have stock and what expiry date it had. I received a prompt reply answering all my questions, so decided to purchase. So glad I did, my order arrived within a couple of days. Last week I ordered 2 veins inflammation ointments from Pharmasante online because both ointments cannot be purchased in the UK without a doctor's prescription. The friendly staff of the company kept me well informed throughout the purchase and dispatch process and provided me with tracking numbers too . Today I received the package from Germany, sent by DHL to the UK and delivered to my address in North Wales by Parcelforce. Without doubt I will recommend Pharmasana to my friends and neighbours

My friend in the U.K. was suffering after surgery, to which I had also experienced the same problem. I live in Germany and we have a chamomile bath concentrate which aids healing and stops itching, pain, etc. I ordered some from Pharmasana directly to his home. because this product isn’t available in the U.K. he recovered and was very grateful for the product.

I ordered 10 units of creme gel. After 8 days I got my parcel which was packed well and contain accurate product. Though its reviews were not quite good, I took the risk and am satisfied. Will buy it again in the future.

160005 and ordered 50 quantity of these and its 26/6/23 but still my order has not arrived i have contacted them many times but they dont give a response they gave us the tracking number when i tracked the product the product is still in customs although i ordered from pharmasana.co.uk now its been 3 weeks and even there is no amount demanded by the customs for clearence so stay away from them if you are from UK

Great service. Immediate acknowledgement via email of order and updated frequently with tracking information. Prompt dispatch and items received in 5 days . Will definitely use again. Even with postage costs was £80 cheaper than buying in the UK

APPARENTLY THEY SEND 1000 PARCELS A DAY WORLDWIDE, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE SKILLS TO TALK PROPERLY TO CUSTOMERS ..

Whilst they sent my parcel without delay, I would like to warn everybody that they do charge more to UK customers than they charge their German or other EU customers.
On their German (.de) website you find prices about 10%+ cheaper which their Customer Service person told me was due to higher costs shipping to the UK.
That might be correct but at the same time they do charge a higher shipping cost already plus they add a special Brexit charge to their bill, all on top of the higher basic price for their goods.
Also be aware that when you put goods into your basket, on the goods webpage it shows the price as including VAT but when you then go into the shopping basket they suddenly exclude VAT without adjusting the price downwards (that's what makes the product more expensive because on their German website they have VAT in the basket as shown on the goods page). So what they basically do is to charge you German VAT without refunding it when you go into the basket. I made the mistake not to check the basket carefully enough, so I was expecting them to deal with the VAT from their end (which is often done by larger companies shipping to the UK) but instead I got a letter from Parcelforce asking me to pay UK VAT before they would deliver.
Overall, disappointing and after checking other German pharmacy websites, there are better choices available than Pharmasana.
I suggest you avoid them, I will in future.

I ordered some Weleda Medication that’s not available in the Uk item arrived 3 days after ordering . Perfect just what I needed . I will certainly re order again from Pharmasana

Beware! Pharmasana cannot confirm some products via email and/or upload an image of the package on their website!

I found some tables on the Pharmasana website at a good price, with the name and the producer matching the tablets I am using. However, because there was no image on the website, I emailed the company attaching an image of the packaging asking them to confirm that these are the tablets. The first reply was: "sorry but can not say if it was the same because i´m only in the office here....but i think so". When I emailed again asking if someone within the company could confirm because I could not place a £40+ order without being sure the second reply was: "sorry so you have to find another provider".

I ordered from Pharmasana but saw from their invoice they had got the wrong address and wrong postcode because algorithms had altered address i typed in. Very happy that they answered my emails promptly. Excellent customer service so far. Have not received parcel yet because it has to come from Germany to UK. However if I get it safely they will deserve 5 stars!! Nice surprise because i took a chance with Pharmacy previously unknown to me. Very pleased with their early response :0)
