Very Unsatisfied Customer
Well I already emailed my complaint directly but never received my order and I cannot get a reply from DPD, so no I am not happy and will not use this online shopping service again or recommend it to anyone.

Hi John, Thanks for your review and feedback. I remember receiving your email a few weeks back. From memory, I believe we responded promptly over the weekend to your delivery complaint giving suggestions as to where the delivery driver may have put it. We also said we would follow up on the delivery on the Monday which we did. We forwarded you on all documentation in relation to delivery that was made including who signed for it. We did ask you to get back to me if you had no joy. Unfortunately you didn't and felt that you would instead give us a rating here instead. I will again follow up in the morning but I did get the distinct impression from the signature details that perhaps a nice neighbour may have signed for it in the event you were perhaps not present at the time of delivery.
