Had no problem ordering or with delivery. The product itself, I'm not sure about. My first ever use and I took 2 grams. Can't really say I felt anything at all. It's either underdosed or I have a genetic tolerance to it!

Edit: Contacted Charles who was very helpful, responsive, and gave advice, offering to take the remainder back and give me a full refund if I had no luck the next time. Bumping a star back on as a result of the good service.

I had an overall decent experience with Phenibut-UK. The shipping was quick, and the product seems good quality. However, I think better communication and more detailed updates about the orders would improve the service. Still, it worked as expected, so I might consider ordering again in the future. Decent but not perfect.

Charles (the man behind the website) is absolutely the best business owner I’ve been in communication with while awaiting my order. He answered any questions within hours, even late at night on the weekend. The product is top of the range, I ordered the HCL, arrived within about 2 days (I ordered on Saturday with standard 1st class delivery and it arrived on Tuesday).

TLDR: don’t bother looking anywhere else for this product, even if you can somehow find the product at better quality elsewhere, you can’t beat the communication and efficiency of Charles’ company. Highly recommend.

Didn't work at all, I'm glad I had only bought the 10g sample. I took low doses at first 500-1000g, but felt no difference, after increasing the dosage it just led to vomiting, feeling disorientated, it's a shame it work at all, I was making sure to take it on a empty stomach. I'm confused how it's so highly rated, even looking online people say that it's underdosed/ineffective and that they have better luck with buying phenibut from Europe
Seller offered a refund as it was unusual for sickness to occur after taking it, it seems like it works for many, I may try again in the future. Customer service seems very good.

I heard about this company from a friend of a friend. At first I was a little skeptical. This service is unbelievable, so quick. I emailed Charles the next morning, that I had made my order, as there where no mailing updates. Soon as I sent my email, 20 mins later I hear the letterbox go, and low and behold there's my item on my doormat. Fantastic! I have not tried yet but I am hoping product is as good as service. Ordered Bank Holiday Monday, arrived Wednesday, excellent service that is pal well done, product is good, quality is 10/10, sampled by me and a mate 1.5g each and my other mate had about 800mg, all of us felt the effects quite fast, likely 99.X% pure.
