I just received order today so too early to report. The order process was OK, One comment... not enough details on the product. The bottle says take 3 capsules daily. All at the same time, or one with or prior to meal? Thank you.

I've just finished my initial bottle of Phenocol and will not buy another. If it truly burned fat or curbed appetite, as it promises, I would give it more than one star. I started at 148 and ended at 148. I added walks and stretches into my weekly routine. The only change was my frustration level and the difference between 146 and 148 pounds on any given day. In response to Phenocol below: I do not take any medication other than 250mg magnesium each evening. I eat a salad everyday for lunch without dressing & I eat few refined sugars. I drink water and Swiss water processed decaf coffee and maybe some herbal tea. I do not have any underlying health condition except being post-menopausal and fighting the over 60 usuals. So, again I reiterate, if the company says it burns fat then it should, given my circumstances, period. I took 3 capsules daily as recommended.

Been using This product for one week
Been using This product for one week, I experienced GI problems extreme bloating after taking 3 pills per day. So I went down to 1 pill a day and I feel much better. Appetite is somewhat demished, I will increase to 2 pills next week. And so on.
