I ordered 2 bottles of Phenocal early…
I ordered 2 bottles of Phenocal early morning 5/11/24 - I paid for 2 day guaranteed shipping - I received a message that it was delivered on Sunday (yesterday) ..... it was not.
Then i received a message that it would arrive today .... which was 2 days from the day I ordered it - it has not arrived; Now and it still has not arrived- ..... and I am being told that it will be another 3 days (5_16/24)
This is unacceptable.
Please tell me how you will make this right.
UPDATE: I did receive the order on 5/15. I believe this point that you do not ship on weekends, needs to be made more clearly at the time of the order - I would not have paid extra for expedited shipping when in fact it could not happen as expected.

To expensive and the customer service wouldn’t budge on price or shipping. Only been taking it for 3 weeks and i’m not totally sold on it yet as i haven’t lost any weight, but it does help a little with energy.

My body couldn’t tolerate it
My body couldn’t tolerate it. It kept me up at night and I could feel my heart rate increase. I only took it a few days, but did not notice any decrease in my appetite

My order was shipped very quickly and received. My only issue is, it says to take 3 capsules daily. There's no specification all at once. One with each meal and there is no literature that comes with it.
