Today is March 30th, 2026, and I have been involved with the PHG Hub / Sparky AI system (Prosperity Highway Global) since February 2025. I purchased the Diamond Package in March 2025 for $27,000. The system has failed to deliver on its stated promises and expected results.

After over a year in the program, the results have been extremely disappointing:
• $0 earned from the system
• 0 conversions
• 6,062 leads generated with no monetization
• No leads at all since October 30, 2025
• Missed expected lead volume (500/month for November 2025, December 2025, January 2026, February 2026, and March 2026)
• The only $162.50 shown in my account came from my own efforts, not the system, and cannot be withdrawn due to the $200 minimum payout threshold, resulting in $0 realized income

Despite consistent participation and giving the system more than enough time, there has been no demonstrated ability to generate income or convert leads.

Communication has also been a major issue:

I have contacted both owners, Steven Schwartz and Ken Bolinder, multiple times with no response. I also contacted other staff at the company, but they did not provide any assistance.

• I contacted Steven Schwartz 8 times since June 20, 2025 with no response
• I contacted Ken Bolinder 6 times since October 1, 2025 with no response

At this point, I have formally requested a full refund due to the complete lack of results and support, but have not received a response.

I am sharing this review to provide an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision before investing.

This is a total scam, i put in over $2,000 and got screwed. They just try to sell you more bullshit. This is a total scam and they just say fwait it takes time. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. They are going to go to HELL if there is any justice in the afterlife.

Scam company.. no services are actually provided. If you ask why no results all they can say is to buy more services. Big red flag…do not pay them a dime.

I have been in for 8 months. I originally signed up to promote my personal affiliate program. I was led to believe that sparky will prompt me and find real leads.  That was very far from the truth. I would get people I don't know or have more promoted, sign up for sparky AI. Now the number of sparky sign ups is 151 and no one has signed up for my personal business or even responded to my email messages. Sparky added on our affiliate programs that you are encouraged to join. But all are crappy products that only the dumbest of people would sign up for. Because you would pay for bad products and services. And hope to make a commission for finding other dumb people to use your bad products. Now I feel dumb for signing up and paying the first time. No results and no real customers. Stay away from Sparky.

First, they misrepresented their service. I signed up for a $50 a month special program and was then told that I had to pay an additional $70 for that "discount" and now I'm stuck. I have submitted 5 support tickets over a period of 4 days and there is no response. They take your money and then do not provide support except through a robot (Sparky) who gives incorrect info.

Brilliant programme, that has evolved into the best online business I could find, fully automated and they give assurances for results

The best support ever, After an account log in mix up. Support offered a choice a free months upgrade or a refund.
Wow, to be offered a choice and one is a refund, this goes above and beyond the call of duty.
