From easy online booking to very next day appointment. Diagnosed with Leiden V mutation at early age I was thinking of vein ultrasound for some time. I am glad I found this clinic as SVT was found and undergoing treatment. Dr. Simran Kaur was amazing, she patiently listened and took great care, I had report within couple of hours from visiting the clinic. The clinic is also easy to find and short walk distance from the Holborn underground. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

From the booking process to the overall service and professionalism, I had an excellent experience. I made my booking on Saturday afternoon, and within just a few minutes, my booking for the following morning (Sunday) was confirmed. Had a private scan, as doctors weren’t listening to my symptoms and they found a 11cm mass in pelvis, hopefully benign 🤞 but I’m glad to have some answers for my pain. Doctors are now listening and have booked me for an MRI. Very thorough and repost was back the same day. Really recommend them.

Excellent service - my first time at Phoenix Ultrasound. Booked a same day appointment, easy parking, polite and friendly staff, and the consultant I saw was professional, friendly and explained everything well throughout my appointment. Given an ‘all clear’ diagnosis at the end of the appointment, and then immediately emailed scan results afterwards. Very impressed and I shall return in future if required. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

We went for reassurance scan due to NHS telling us our baby’s head was a bit smaller than it should be. The service and attention we got was like nothing we had experienced so far! We were so well looked after , everyone was so welcoming and polite and most of all we got what we went for - the reassurance we needed! Everything was fine with our baby and as a bonus we got a little teddy with recording of her heartbeat , so many pictures and videos of her .. absolutely priceless!! I would do it again tomorrow!!

I visited the clinic again as I just love the service they provide. This time I had the most wonderful gentleman do my scan - so thorough and wonderfully caring. He suggested a second scan and I’m glad I took his advice as he did discover something - I never fail to be impressed by the wonderful staff at Phoenix.

Having visited A&E over a weekend I was not able to have a scan for the pain in my calf (suspected by me to be DVT) but the wonderful Phoenix Ultrasound were able to book me in that afternoon and was given a very thorough scan from the top of my leg to my ankle by the lovely ultrasound practitioner Gwen Williams who put my mind at rest. I was emailed the whole report including the images so that I could inform the hospital and GP. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I always go to Dr. Babalou and his wife for my biannual scans and check-ups, and they are absolutely fantastic. They are both incredibly professional, reassuring, and thorough.

I recently tried the 3D shear-wave elastography scan, which is one of the most advanced scans available, and I was very impressed. They always explain everything in the clearest and most reassuring way, making you feel completely at ease throughout.

I highly recommend them truly fantastic service and exceptional care!
