Ordered Headlight bulbs on 28-2-2018…

Ordered Headlight bulbs on 28-2-2018 and have not received these as of 14-3-2018 even though I paid extra for the 1-2 day delivery. Have tried contacting them several times through the phone and email but phone sounds crackly and seems it puts you through to answer machine. No response to my emails at all either. Strange thing is I have purchased from these in the previous years and have no problems at all until now

I ordered a pair of GE Megalight Ultra …and Sylvania bulbs arrived weeks later in a GE Megalight Box

I ordered a pair of GE Megalight Ultra premium bulbs in early January. They were listed as dispatched on the Dotcom Discounts (the name Phoenix Autobulbs trades under) the next day. By the last week in Jan, nothing had arrived. An email through PayPal got no response. I raised a dispute through ebay, and on 8th Feb they upheld my complaint and refunded me. The same day a package arrived from Pheonix Autobulbs/Dotcom Discounts. It contained a GE Megalight box, with two Sylvania bulbs in it. It's hard to see this as anything but a deliberate attempt to cheat a customer. I have emailed them for their comment, but their mailbox is full and the email bounced back. I won't be doing business with them again.

Ordered items 30/11/2017 - over £50's worth, not delivered 15/12/2017 despite being overnight delivery. Emailed three times - no reply. Phoned and managed to speak to someone and promised they'd get back to me -
they didn't. Phone not usually answered and but finally got through to someone asking a refund they said "not prepared to do anything as not in the office. We're a website based company". Website says 8am to 8pm 7-days a week, which is a lie - they appear to be a one person operation. Text them details of my order previously but was asked to text them details! Despite website promising great customer service, full money back guarantee, etc. etc. person on phone very confrontational, argumentative and basically rubbish customer skills.

You have been warned - don't buy from them

paid £27 for 2 bulbs with very late delivery

paid £27 for 2 bulbs with no delivery , not replying back to
emails, not picking up phone.
update..... bulbs arrived after 17days , also click top of web page it will tell you ... this site is not safe, use paypal maybe get money back if you dont get the goods.

No after sales service.

Ordered some bulbs which never arrived. Emails bounce back. Web form not replied to. Phone number goes straight to answer phone. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have opened a dispute.

Please avoid and report to trading standards

Please avoid and report to trading standards. I wish I'd researched these people before using their website. I ordered some bulbs over a month ago. Nothing has turned up. I have emailed, called lots of times, left messages with my contact details, still no contact from them. I have opened a paypal case and hopefully will get my money back. This site is a scam.

REPORT THEM and get them closed down.

Avoid this dreadful company at all costs

Product arrived 7 days late despite paying extra for 1-2 day "UK priority despatch" as needed urgently! When order eventually arrived I had to send it back as I had been forced to buy locally. Rang the returns number as requested and was confronted by a hostile, aggressive, argumentative, obnoxious Glaswegian woman, with the Customer Service skills of a dead goldfish, who suggested that I should take up the late delivery issue with Royal Mail myself! They refused point blank to refund my own postage costs and eventually refunded the product cost after I had sent a letter threatening legal action. There has been no apology of any description from this dreadful company - Avoid them at all costs - unless you like being verbally abused on the phone of course.
