We already said previously, as a free user you need to follow monthly purging policy in the Free Hosting. Failing to follow the purging updates is not our side issues.
If you don't like the purging policy, you can go for paid hosting where we offer servers where you can experience high performance at a very cheap price, as for renewal is based on monthly.
