There were some problems when updating when you changed the plugin but those were fixed already but I love the plugin & it's very easy to use & I love the non p2w feature

PhoenixDuels problems
I kinda wish I had my money back, no offence but I think that you guys are for sure great at making plugins, I just think that you guys don't like, the system you use for phoenixduels just really isn't good for duels plugins like you just need to take a look at some other servers to see their plugins, unfortunately I will have to use another plguin even after buying all these addons.

I really like how the setup for the plugins work. It is very simple and easy to understand everything and to make changes. But I did not like the changes from myPhoenixStore to phoenixplugins. I got kind of confused but I think it got better now. So that’s probably the only thing I did not like when I bought them while they changed it. A second thing that I also noticed was the naming of everything. I read that there was phoenix practice then it got merged, but then something about phoenix duels pro got mentioned but only once? And I couldn’t find anything regarding that name. And I still do not really understand it. But that’s it for the user experience. The quality of their plugins is also amazing (so far I’ve tried the Lobby and practice/duels plugins). The plugins quite literally never crashed once besides misconfigurations from me. They are very stable. So that’s it for my review. Really like their plugins and would definitely recommend them to other server owners.

Thanks for the feedback. Folia compatibility is not currently part of the supported feature set for our plugins (other than Phoenix Crates), as stated in the plugin documentation. If there’s interest in broader compatibility, it may be considered for future updates.

Honestly, not the best. I have never had such a unorganized experience at puchaseing plugins. On my phone here at the official site the price was listed as 17.99 euros, when I got on my pc the price was 19.99 euros. Its nothing yes but still wierd. When I tried puchasing the plugin I was slapped with a whoping extra 27% tax fee with +6 euros. Never written anywhere until the checkout and only in small letters. Uppon paying the payment provider could not register my account and failed to process it. Additionally My bank notified me at my first time puchasing that its a risky website and there is an aditional +5% hidden fee of transferring the currency. At the end I did purchase the plugin since its great but there is room for improvment with the website. The plugins provided are not bad and thats not why I wrote this reveiw.

There are a few inaccuracies here that need to be clarified.
The 17.99€ price you saw was part of our deadline-base Christmas discount campaign. Once the campaign ended, the price reverted to 19.99€. This is clearly indicated on the website, discounted products are visibly marked, and there is a banner at the top of the page showing whether a promotion is active. If the price differed between devices, it simply means the campaign had already ended at the time of purchase on your PC.
Regarding taxes, VAT is applied at checkout, as is standard practice for digital goods in the EU. In your case, the tax amounted to approximately 4.86€. This is not hidden, we explicitly state in at least two places (below the "Add to cart" button and in the cart summary) that taxes are calculated at checkout. If this information was overlooked, that is unfortunately not something we can control.
As for the additional 5% fee mentioned by your bank, this is entirely a bank-side currency conversion or international transaction fee. We do not receive this amount, set it, or have any influence over it.
Payment provider issues and bank risk warnings are also external factors and not an indication of our website being unsafe or untrustworthy.
We’re glad you ultimately found the plugin itself to be great, that’s what we focus on. That said, we continuously work on improving the purchasing experience where it’s actually within our control.

Vorsicht bei diesen Shop. Lieferfristen werden nicht eingehalten. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Nach 3 Tagen bekommt man erst eine Rückmeldung per Mail. Unfreundliche und man wird direkt bedroht.

i would like to first tell that their staff team is really friendly, i have bought 1 of their plugins and they have given me support in under 1 day. I even reported a bug in the plugin which got fixed in 2 days. I am very satisfied.
