We spoke to Luke who was so helpful from start to finish, no pushing or pressure to buy anything and allowed us to look around a car freely. He answered every question confidently and told me everything I needed to know. Once I bought the car it was very kindly delivered for me as I live locally, all on his day off. What stood out in glowing splendour however, was the personality and work of Mr Luke Barrat. In every way during my negotiations and purchase of a Mercedes GLE 400d Luke was there at every step of the way giving superb guidance and advice too.
A more sharp, 100% knowledgeable, genuine and helpful individual one could not hope to meet in the car sales arena - I am 64 now and have not experienced the like of this to date!

Luke was very supportive, good knowledge of the car I was purchasing and supported me with my many questions (I questioned him on a lot). I was diligent with my checks of the car and Luke supported throughout.
