Great customer service
I ordered the incorrect part for my device.
It was totally my fault, but I was helped out regardless and they made sure the correct part was in stock for pickup.
Service was friendly and courteous, nice.

Useless Service Lies
Been 4 months paid 220 alretti to have fixed. When 1st brought in 160, next time we brought in 80 cos it was not charging wen we left the first time. And now 140 cos they had to replace hard drive inside. Which was working when we took in. Ugly service and I think might have to bring in the police too. ..
After my little argument and mentioning of police...well I be, im walking out with phone... still a 80 repair price but on tick even.. winning !!

Ordered a cover .2 weeks back…
Ordered a cover .2 weeks back order..been a month .2 emails no responce.bad service .wouldnt stress my self out using them .its not alot of money but i,m dwn their next month .so ill face up ,if i dont get a refund some poor frontliner is going to get a tickle up.

I asked them to see if they could fix my phone they said sure I'll let you know tomorrow/the very next day, 4 weeks of lies and having to come in a lovely police officer came with me and I finally got my phone back 😁 missing a screw and a new charging port that didn't actually need to be replaced and I was going to be charged 50 if the cop wasn't there, I've just tried to fix it and I found the issue in 5 minutes it has a loose connection... somuch for the mystery water damage you told the cop... Horrible experience absolutely avoide at all costs but if you have too atleast the cop shops just down the road. Oh and they are on a watch list for the police now, stay safe.
Legit but uncommunicative
Made an online order but received no email confirmation other than the PayPal receipt. I emailed them but only received a brief response some days later. However, my goods have arrived.
2 months wait
Waited 4 weeks, they called and said its out of stock. Shop staff said they will give me similar product but different one. I said ok. Waited 6 weeks and I called them. Shop staff said "It been Chinese new year so they are not processing the orders". I ordered from NZ store hoping this would not happen. 8 weeks later called me again and said "your product is out of stock..." I said "I am happy with the replacement but if you still have not ordered it I would like to cancel". "Order should have gone through now" (Meaning they completely forgot about my order but was not willing to give me refund). 9 weeks since I ordered I got a email saying "Your order has been dispatched.

Unclear that what I was ordering went on backorder PRIOR to payment, and when after 8 days I called to check, I was made to feel as if I was to blame and should have noticed, attitude of contact was pretty condescending, freight cost was a bit excessive (rural, but on normal nz post run), and may take up to a month to arrive, so end cost was not much less than going to drive 2 hours each way to the closest franchise with a J in the first place. Can't say I'd recommend and will hesitate before using again, based on pay window structure, but definitely won't be again now given the reception I got from phone contact. (perhaps just sick of fielding calls like mine and or feels like a not valued employee? maybe just having a bad day, maybe I'm just a whinging pr**k, lol - who knows).
As for purchase back order window on website, I would strongly suggest they get whoever builds the webshop to make it FAR more noticeable in future. (apparently I missed it more than once, therefore I must be stupid - I guess they could be right).
It is a shame so many companies in NZ seem to think the customer is simply a mechanism for instant profit to squeeze every last cent from, instead of building a rapport with a customer who may have (definitely ongoing in my case - reg sparky using these as LED lighting Drivers for MY clients) been looking to purchase far more in future. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere going forward. Pity.
Has gone downhill the last 2 years
Has gone downhill the last 2 years. Products are from Wuhan China ( they left a supplier sticker om the product and I Googled it) really bad quality, bad value for money, some of the staff are horrible while the others are okay so luck of the draw when you go visit the shop. Also very slow to respond and doesn't even answer your questions. AVOID as just causes yourself extra stress.
Screen protector
On Saturday went to get a screen protector installed and instead came out with a broken screen and 2 Days later still waiting for someone to contact me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE
Shocking service
Shocking service, after ordering was told part of my order was going to take 14 days, refused to send the other part of my order separately, refused to give me a refund and then lied saying that I was okay waiting 2 weeks for my order. Seeking legal advice. Please AVOID.
Deceitful and low quality
I recently got a wireless controller and it doesn’t do what the page said it does. The quality is terrible and it came in a box that looked like it had already been used. The website also said that it could be used for things that it cant, so they are liars. Watch out of this company, they could be scammers.
MacBook Air charger
I contacted the company first to enquire into exchanging the product if I ordered the wrong one. They advised I could bring it in and they would swap it over. They did advise though that if not in stock it could take a couple of weeks due to shipping delays. I duly went online and ordered the charger. To my delight it arrived the next day. Post and packaging was cheap - much cheaper than me getting in my car. Awesome service, will use them again.
