this is definitely a scam website, do not recommend using. My Mum once lost her phone and she ended up losing $49.99 instead of 10p. If that happens, call your bank immediately. They will sort it out in a few minutes.

Wish I could go back in time,would never go near this company absolute fraudsters,no professional integrity,just a bunch of modern day highwaymen,taking a bad situation(phone theft),into even worse by offering hope but ,really just picking your pocket

Absolute scam, fraud is too good a word do not use. I contacted my bank immediately when i smelled a rat and they knew all about them signing you up to a contract without you knowing.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I did not enroll for a $49.00 subscription which was charged 4 times on my credit card. They claimed a 1 day free trial which I NEVER would have been interested in.I reported fraud, got charges wiped off and canceled my card so they can't do it again.

They are thieves; they recently took £29.95 from my bank account without my authorisation and the bank hasn't been able rectify it. Scammers

This app I had for literally seconds and it did not even work and I was still charged 29.95 this is a load of sht what a scam do not use this app or try it

They take 50p initially but fail to ever inform you they you are entering in to a subscription 6 months later £29 gets taken from you’re bank
Avoid at all costs

This company may be legit, but they are scammers. I paid for a .38 ping which I never received by the way. I never saw the fine print that said they would charge me a 49.80 subscription fee. I didn't knowingly authorize this. I consider it fraud. I was never sent a receipt letting me know they charged me. I just happened to see it on my bank statement. This company charges this fee and give you 24 hours to cancel. There's no phone number to call. I sent in a written refund request. They immediately tried to get me to accept a 50% refund through AI. I rejected it and requested 100% refund. The response was that it will take 30 days to get back to me. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General, FTC, CFPB, and ICC.GOV. Many people probably accept their offer for 1/2 refund, even though they didn't knowingly authorize a charge for a subscription. Do not ever buy a ping from this company because they don't send it to you and they use it to obtain your credit card information so they can charge you.

Just found that Pix Phonetracker have been charging me £29.50 since July 2024, now May 2025!!!

I don't have a phonetracker app subscription on my phone!!!

My bank has been notified!

Yip, same as all the other reviews. Charged £29.95 for a ‘membership’ that I had no idea I was signing up for. I never used the service and cannot get a refund as I never cancelled within 24hours. Considering the charges on my account did not show up for 48 hours, how on earth can you cancel within 24 hours? Lesson learned!

Pix*phonetracker!!! Took money from my account, supposedly subscribed but no way of cancelling. Agreed to a 50p payment received nothing for it and now taking further payments of £29.50.

Is there ANY One here to educate Me, How to Unsubscribe and make a refund of 29.95GBP from PIX PHONETRACKER.PRO in this useless and GREEDY App please...Due to the fact, I NEVER EVER had a subscription ever!!!

AVOID. Says 50 pence for 24 hours which I paid and it gave wrong location of phone anyway!!! Then they took £30 out my account the next day claiming I had failed to close account and needed to pay a monthly fee. Contacted my bank and they’re refunding for fraud given they provide the wrong location of lost phone anyway and also as I had not used the phone tracker again after 24 hours after paying. SCAM avoid.

Scam, they said the missing phone was in Scotland when it wasn't even in the UK. Then they tried to take a payment which thankfully failed as I cannot log in to cancel and don't actually remember setting up an account.
