Photo Collage Avis 24

Please refrain from making purchases from this company. My mother and I made a collage for my brother's memorial service. We paid for the service, and throughout the process, they indicated that we would receive a printed canvas. However, days later, I discovered that I had paid solely for a downloadable file. I attempted to contact customer support to explain that there might have been some misunderstanding or lack of clarity on their part. During the ordering process, I did not encounter any information indicating that I was purchasing a downloadable product only. Customer support claimed that they could not assist further, despite their failure to clarify the terms initially. This company appears to engage in deceptive practices to retain your money unlawfully.

But this time, a bad 4 prints and I paid £250 for them, and then has a horror show at the door being charged £68.09 in import fees! Absolutely not acceptable. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. I emailed for a refund of the fees, they literelly just said no. We don't refund import fees. Tough, I will have to, you have to disclose these fees at the checkout!

Made an order and for approx £160 and upon day of delivery told I need to pay £46 in import duties!
No mention of this at all when making order. Absolute crooks! An expensive lesson learnt.

I'd give 0 stars if i could, they're expensive, they don't make it clear about import duty fees. They didn't let me make an amendment minutes after ordering. they just take your money and hide behind hidden disclaimers we were all supposed to see in their FAQs. Hidden fees should be displayed at checkout, I'm sure most people wouldn't order knowing the import duty. ontop of this, says my item was delivered by UPS a day later than expected and my Item isn't there when i returned from work, who signed for it? This company is a scam. The reviews on their website are fake, otherwise I'd be able to leave an honest one, there's no section to let you leave honest public feedback. scam.

Avoid - total rip off! Use Cewe instead!
I was trying to find another provider of collage photo posters as photo box has stopped doing the one I usually get each year. I had a look at this place and when I got to the check out they were going to charge me £67.75! The eqivalent used to cost me £12.48 from photo box and in end I went with Cewe who charged me £13.74 for the exact same product from photo-collage.net.

I purchased 2 items - a 100 photo collage and an acrylic glass print. The photo collage turned out very well but the quality of the acrylic glass print was very disappointing. I paid an additional amount to ensure the colours reflected the original print (wish I hadn’t). This was not the case when I received the product. I’m not sure what they did to the colours but it was completely different compared to the original photo. I tried to make a complaint but they said they will not accept my complaint for this issue! I actually ordered from them before and was happy with the quality. It’s a shame but I will never order anything from them again after this poor treatment. I also paid £60 in import duty. If you are thinking of buying from this company - don’t. There are places with much better customer service when things go wrong.

Don’t bother. Read the other reviews. And after waiting for 1 week, I am asked to pay amount 50% of the total in import fees to the UK.

I ordered a collage that cost nearly £200 for my son's birthday. It did not arrive on time and I had to pay 2 lots of delivery as the mounts were arriving in a separate delivery. When I called customer service to ask why this was I was told it was because I had left the EU and he put the phone down on me!
The item has now arrived late without the wall mounts and I am past trying to chase this.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I bought the downloaded print version L, since they didn’t have the size I wanted 50x70. The customer services kept insisting I bough the L version instead of the S, they did brush over other questions I had, like why that version was better than the cheaper one. Never got an answer. Also told me it wouldn’t be refundable if something went wrong since it was a download. So I was already a little nervous, but bought the one suggested (for reasons being, wanting to make sure it actually worked, never bought a download before, seems a little ridiculous to me) and it worked like it should. I accidentally made a small change, because the editing sometime glitch a bit and moves to the side or it’s hard zooming out again, so I accidentally moved a picture without noticing it. Which is so unfortunate because I can’t refund it or change the one mistake. Now I’m just left with the feeling of guilt and whatnot. Cause every time I see the picture. I keep thinking “I payed €24.90 for a picture, I made myself” so keep that in mind when buying. Maybe someone else can make it for you or you could figure it out yourself.

Le compré un collage a mi mujer para sus 40 años. Además de quedar fatal el collage, no me llegó a tiempo. No llegó a casa el jueves pasado tal como estaba previsto. Llamé el viernes y el hombre que me atendió por telefóno me dijo que llegaría el lunes a un punto de recogida de mi pueblo. El lunes me llamó un hombre muy amable para decirme que tenía mi paquete en su piso, que alguien se lo había entregado por error!
La empresa ni quiere devolverme los gastos de envío cuando crucé media Barcelona para recoger YO mi paquete de un particular!

Very poor quality print on flimsy perspex board. Despite supplying hi-res images, approved by the website, the print quality looked like my old basic faulty colour printer. Pictures were dull, fuzzy, pixellated and over/underexposed when printed. I should have heeded the bad reviews - avoid this company.
Customer service woman refused point blank to refund or reprint; even though the images are clearly of a very poor quality and not as advertised on the website. A local printing company (Surrey) has since confirmed their printing process results were poor/ not industry standard as they tried to tell me. Over £120 completely wasted. There are other similar named domains like this site (e.g. Acrylic-glass-photo.net) so I wonder if they are a scam website?

not free, they force you to buy a frame after finishing setting up the collague.

Firstly they make you to pass the whole process then you suddenly have to pay more than 20$ just to download the image.

Despite all the negative reviews, many of which are written by people who only write negative reviews, I went ahead and tried out Photo-Collage.net. Their software is super easy to upload photos, pick a template, edit photos including cropping and adding text. By far the best software for making a collage. I had a few questions about the print quality and the support people were very polite, prompt and answered all my questions. Not sure what all those negative reviews were on about but my experience was first rate!!

Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money… asked if they could check I hadn’t doubled up as there were a lot of photos, they no doubles but there actually were. Also I asked if there were any needed refining because I couldn’t make them big enough to see, could they just adjust as I didn’t want heads cut off. They said no but it looked ok… it wasn’t!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Received product that was awful. would not replace it, just said thank you for the feedback. Happy to take you money and give you rubbish that you can not give as a gift.

Perfect Image. shipped a little later but the waiting worth it.
Disapointment was on UPS courier that broke it in one of the corners but the image quality and the executions its what you expect.
Recomanded.

Appalling picture, awful quality couldn’t print . Took my money , when I asked about the quality and how it wasn’t full pictures was told it’s fine !!! Do not waste your money .. highly disappointed

I ordered a special photo collage for my 97 year old mother for Christmas. The expected delivery date was before Christmas.
I am still waiting for the order and according to the tracking it will not be here for another week. That will be at least 5 weeks after the order date.
