PHR Plumbing and Heating Renewables Avis 60

If you are looking at accessing ECO4 I wouldn’t recommend this company. I contacted at the start of August. It took forever for them to just do basic things, and I was also told incorrect information by different people such as it was the council funding the work. After all this been told today after three months that they don’t have enough funding to carry out the work. Very disappointing

From the initial contact with PHR, followed by the site meeting to run through the project, and thereafter carrying out the installation work, the whole experience has been fantastic! We were kept fully informed by their very kind and helpful staff in the office, and all the guys on site were amazing. I cannot fault their service or commitment to deliver a first class job. Thank you to everyone at PHR!

I'd just like to thank all the guys at PHR for all the work they've done for me. We were lucky enough to get the eco grant. the customer service we received was phenomenal! all the lads that came out to the house were well mannered, helped ke in anyway they could with moving big items etc and I honestly cannot fault anyone of them or the work they have done. Lee, Lloyd, Josh, Shane, Keiron, Faz, Bowen and a couple of other lads that I didn't get their names, a massive shout out to you all for doing an amazing job! thank you all so so much ❤️

Had the full eco grant through PRH, excellent service throughout, all workmen were respectful and competent.Tidied up any mess daily. Super quality plasterwork, and the team that installed the boiler (electricians and plumbers) were very knowledgeable on the most efficient and economical use of new heat pump. Great contact, office staff always polite and helpful, can't fault any of the service from start to finish, I would highly recommend using this company

All the work was carried out tiddly and the workmen were very polite and curious. I was keep up to speed along the way and notified of each day's work before they started. Very happy with the results and now my.mum will have a much warmer home this winter.

We are very pleased with a very professional attitude guiding us through all the initional paperwork to the delivery of all the Sola, hot water, heating,cavity wall insulation and loft insulation to the fantastic workmanship and ethics of all the trades who came to site

PHR Plumbing review - ive just had PHR team take care of my cottage energy revamp under the Gov Scheme to improve energy efficiency .... Right from the outset the office team & the survey guy kept me up todate and got this project moving. Once given the go ahead & start date, the PHR teams arrived timely and cracked on. The lads prepping with the old RADs off to allow the wall insulation guys to crack on and methodically work through the house with the plastering team following them. Organised & tidy and got my place insulated in about 10 days. The plumbers and Air source guys seamlessly picked up the next fix with the Solar panel lads working until late in the evening to get the panels up and on my roof same day (great job they done).... Another guy doing the solar panel electrical side .... lots of people to organize and PHR experience shows. I definitely recommend PHR and the various people who work for and the PHR team to get these installs done.... im over the moon and very grateful for ALL the people involved and cant thank them enough as it will make a huge difference to my family heating costs going forward. So its a 10/10 from me and happy for anyone to see my cottage and the work theyve done as its super.

Had complete new ECO system installed in my once cold house,including outside walls insulated (inside), plus loft,new radiator, hybrid heating system, solar panels and more! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! we used PHR to do a boiler service in an empty property. we had major complications with the gas meter but PHR and in particular Sam Rikett went above and beyond to help us get the gas supply sorted and the boiler service completed.
I can not thank Sam enough for her time, effort and extremely high levels of customer service. She is a huge asset to PHR and is a true example of what amazing customer service should be.

Everytime I made appointments with this company they have always turned up on time completed the jobs to a high standard and have always left the area clean and tidy after. I would have no problem using this company again.

A great company excellent engineers pricing is very good ,used twice once for new gas boiler second for bathroom refit you will not be dissapointed

PHR PLUMBING deserves a fantastic review. They hit qualities that we think are sometimes hard to find. A team that is friendly,courteous, helpful, professional, flexible and reliable. Their charges are very reasonable.
When they come into your home, they are respectful and considerate, leaving everything spotless. We had new radiators installed and annual services on appliances. It was so refreshing to see and be at the receiving end of people who take pride in their work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After deciding that our bathroom required change to meet our needs we fortunately decided to contact PHR Plumbing and Heating Renewables. Within two days of making contact with Sam in the office, Jordan had visited to advise us. Within a day or two we received our quote which appeared very competitive. Within a few days of accepting the quote, Bruce had begun work on the project. He was efficient, accomodating and completed the remodeling in a short period of time with no problems and no mess for us to clear up. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by all members of the team we met.
