Items I ordered stated they were 95% cotton and that they were embroidered. What I got was 100% polyester print.
There was no way to return it on the website, but you could contact them.

When I contacted them, they told me not to return it to the address on the package, but I had to return it directly to China and have to bear the cost of the return as well as to make sure I didn’t use anything but United States Postal Service not to incur import duties. They tried to discourage me from returning it and offer me 15% back if I kept it.

Absolutely complete garbage.

pacco arrivato oggi, totalmente diverso da quanto ordinato sia nei colori, sia nei materiali dichiarati e anche il modello. Nel sito i vestiti si presentano belli e accattivanti, ma quel che ti arriva è di brutta fattura e taglio con cucitire bianche e di materiale sintetico e certamente non di lino. Mi sento truffata!!!

The dress eventually arrived, only to clearly be some sort of half hearted photocopy of the original dress, printed onto some hideous material that has some vague appearance of a long hideous vest.

Sadly I can't upload an image on here but let me tell you, I wouldn't even clean the house with the rag that's been sent...absolute joke!!!

I purchased a dress from Pickallpop - a chinese shop disguised as american - (Order # ixFDH82105) and they sent me a completely different item. When I contacted customer service (Luna and Tracy), they admitted the mistake but refused to provide a prepaid return label. They are trying to force me to pay for international shipping to return an item I never ordered, which is illegal under consumer protection standards.

They offered a ridiculous 15% refund to keep an item I don't want. This store does not take responsibility for its own shipping errors. International buyers, BEWARE! They will send you the wrong product and make you pay for their mistakes. I am now initiating a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid at all costs!

Mensen, koop hier niet. Ik had een jurk besteld. De complete jurk is vaag geprint op een stuk slechte stof. De bezorging duurde een maand. Ik probeer al een week om een reactie te krijgen om de spullen te retourneren. Er wordt totaal niet gereageerd. Echt bestel hier niet.

The dress that I ordered is NOTHING like the dress I received. I wish I could send photos. It's worse than a cheap version of it. It's like they took a picture of the dress and tried to print it on fabric but didn't succeed.

Incredibly poor. Ordered a top. What arrived was squashed into a tiny bag, certainly not linen and the patten was simply printed on the surface !. You also have to pay return shipping !!. $27, worth $5 if that. Looks like it was shipped from China too. TOTAL SCAM.

My experience was very disappointing.
I ordered one top, which size has nothing in common with our usual sizes, and two chiffon cardigans. The quality of all items is extremely poor. It is a cheap print on polyester fabric, feels more like plastic, from the inside it is white. The look is not the same like on the website, that’s why they have just one picture of that clothes. In real they don’t even look alike. The lightness and transparency of the suggested material is not what you get. Should have guessed it, just to nice to be true. It’s so easy to fall into these traps. From time to time I do fall into.
Be warned.

I ordered three dresses from this company, but the products I received were made of plastic fabric and did not at all resemble the images on the website. Paypal informed me that the seller was willing to issue a refund. However, when I visited USPS, I was advised against spending $50 on shipping as there is a risk the seller may claim they did not receive the returned items, which could result in PayPal favouring the seller. I recommend exercising caution when purchasing from this website or any similar ones. The dresses were received on June 8, 2025, after being ordered on May 23, 2025. The quality of the dresses appeared substandard. These dresses appeared to be sewn by a child. Not a trustworthy company at all, and who knows what kind of business they run in China. They sent a return address from California, but when I asked to return the dresses, they did not send me the address until PayPal requested that from them, which is an address in China.

I ordered two tops, the sizes were wrong, the fabric wasn’t linen and cotton. The look is completely different from the photo on the site. Don’t order from them!

I recently received my order of 4 items. The 1st top and dress were supposed to be linen but were poorly made and from plastic fabric. The 2nd top was also an awful fabric and wrong size. The 3rd top was ok. Tried to contact them for returns but the email kept bouncing. Do NOT order from them
