I ordered on the 4th of June. Had waited until the upcoming Monday to get even a label. Contacted them over and over and over just to get one little answer. Then it turned out by today's date they hadn't even put my sweets into the bag they were still in a random bowl so i don't believe hygiene is good either. Expected a reply at least and had to keep nagging and when yhey saw my messages on tiktok live they just kept ignoring my messages and smiling at my comments. Had i received just a little communication i would not be typing this review. Do better when it's the bare minimum

Fantastic experience. Having spent a week in hospital with my son. He spent time scrolling and came across this page for sweets. Myself and his dad purchased some sweets for him as a reward for his braveness and to just give him something nice after such an awful experience, the sweets arrived today and WOW he is absolutely over the moon! And the messages I’d requested had also been added- can’t thank you enough!

Save your money and shop at one of many other pick & mix shops. Wasted £40 on a “create your own” only for (I assume) most the sweets I ordered to be out of stock and made up with whatever (I assume) they have too much stock of to the point one particular sweet my son is allergic to so unable to have any of the jar due to contamination. I say assume due to absolutely 0 comms from the company to rectify or refund the issue they have caused. Multiple emails and no response what so ever. I understand sweets can go out of stock but update your webpage and at least let the customer know. Dreadful service

Placed an order for around £40 for my sons birthday.All of the bags came with things missing from them that were picked, they weren’t out of stock because they were in one bag and not another, just seems whoever was picking them couldn’t be bothered to do it properly. There was no communication and no note on delivery note.Contacted them via email and had no response. Messaged them on TikTok live and asked when I would get a response and they said their laptop is broken so can’t respond to customers emails. So you can live stream on TikTok so clearly have access to the internet but you can’t respond to customers, that to me shows a priority to getting sales and not to any level of customer service! I will update this review when I get a response, if I ever do!
