I strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you are ordering something for an important event or if there is any chance you may need to return or exchange your purchase.

The website makes it sound like returns are easy and that you have 30 days to return your item. In reality, the process is anything but easy. I was asked to go through a long, complicated process involving multiple steps and to provide pictures of the items so they could supposedly evaluate whether there was any damage — even though the clothes had never been worn once.

I explained clearly that I had ordered the outfit for a wedding, but unfortunately the size did not fit. I would have been happy to order another size, but because I am travelling soon, there simply wasn’t enough time to wait for another shipment. I therefore asked to return the item and receive my refund so I could purchase a dress elsewhere in time.

And then… silence.

Despite explaining my situation and trying to resolve everything reasonably, I received no response for several days. It feels like the company makes the return process unnecessarily difficult rather than actually helping customers who need an accommodation or refund.

The quality was also very disappointing. The clothes arrived extremely wrinkled and stuffed into a plastic bag, and the quality felt very cheap compared with what was presented online.

The biggest issue, however, is the customer service. A company can have inexpensive products, but when something doesn’t fit, customers should be able to return it without having to jump through endless hoops — especially when the company advertises a 30-day return policy.

If you are ordering for a wedding, vacation, event, or anything time-sensitive, I would seriously think twice before ordering from this company. If you need a return, exchange, refund, or any kind of accommodation, be prepared for a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process.

I regret ordering from this company and would not order from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Dropshipping scam. Ordered a product. Received something looking completely different than picture online. When i requested a return and refund/sent pictures of the item, they said it falls under their "customer regret/change of mind" they couldnt fully refund me - unless i sent the item back to CHINA. They are trying to pass as a canadian company. Aftwr some arguing about me reveiving a different dress than what i ordered, their final offer was a 50% refund and keep the item. The item was poor quality with no tags or even a packing slip. Stay away

I chose to order a dress from this company as their website states that they have a warehouse in Canada. Don’t be fooled, if they do have a warehouse in Canada (which I highly doubt) they do not accept returns there. Their “simple and transparent” return policy is ANYTHING but that. After back and forth emails explaining my concerns with the dress, they offered me a 30% return (approximately $21). If you want a full refund, you have to ship the dress back to their “designated returns and quality control warehouse” which is conveniently located in China.. oh, and you have to make that return at your own expense. Nice, right? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You’ll be disappointed with the quality, the fit of the dress, their horrible return policy and lastly their fake “we understand your frustration” AI generated email responses. Save yourself the hassle.

As many other buyers complained about their return and refund policy. They are absolutely right. Once you place an order there is no returning back. Basically your money is gone and you have to live with whatever you bought.
The company is based in China with French name a like. Beware and run away from it.

Do not fall for these. Biggest scam website. Poor-quality Temu-like products. Return and Refund is a nighmare even with a policy clearly stating that 30days return and refund is available.

Scammed! I purchased two jackets knowing there was the possibility of returning. I can't even zip one up it's so tight, so obviously I need to return it. To return it, you need to email them. I sent email to the email address on the website and received an "Address not found" reply.
I've tried several times, to no avail. They stole $100 from me. Unacceptable. And yes, as other reviewers mention, it shipped from China. The dishonesty is remarkable. I'm not sure what to do next.

The clothing is misrepresented in pictures. The quality is not good and overpriced for what it is.

Do not buy from Pierre and Nicole. They claim to fulfill and ship their products from a warehouse in Unionville, Ontario, but this is completely false.In reality, they are just a drop-shipping operation from China.The items take forever to arrive, and when they finally do, they are absolute poor quality trash. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely nonexistent when you try to get a refund or fix the issue. Save your money and stay away from this business

I bought a blazer that looked very nice on the website, but the quality is really bad. The fabric is cheap, you can see the seams, it does not fit and one of the sides was twisted.
The easy returns are not true, they asked for pictures and they said they will return 20% of the price paid...what scam.
Do not buy for them.

Firstly, it takes a very long time to get any reply from this company. They don't accept returns for full refund, in fact they give 20 percent refund of what you paid. They typically will consider exchange for another item or a different size. I will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service and they do not make the customer their priority. I am still waiting to get a refund.

Customer service did not email me back for three weeks. Sizing runs very small. Do not believe “Easy Returns”. You have to pay to return with a tracked shipment number or the best they will do is give you 30% back. AVOID ordering from this company.

Shorts were advertised as linen and they are 100% polyester.

I purchased a dress that looks beautiful on their website. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and on the same day that I received the dress I sent an email informing I would like to return it for a full refund. I then received an email saying, "At Pierre & Nicole - Sainte-Adèle, we truly care about the environment and do our best to minimize our CO₂ footprint. For this reason, we generally try to avoid full returns whenever possible, as returning items creates additional shipping and environmental impact." I informed them that I would like a complete refund. Until this day I have not received any further replies to my numerous emails.

I am trying to return sandals that do not fit. No response after sending numerous emails.

They look great and feel comfortable once you wear them. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but overall still happy with the purchase.

Really happy with them overall. They’re comfortable and look good, just took a little time to get used to walking in them the first time.

Material feels decent, not cheap looking. For the price I think it’s fair.

Honestly didnt expect much but they’re actually really nice. Walked around for a few hours and my feet were fine.
