It’s so cheap and flimsy, and not fit for function, they claim to have a 30 day return policy but the number they give is not connected and the email don't get replied to. If you can pick one up for £15 go for it any more then that and you are getting seriously ripped off.

Took 5 weeks to come , was sold a 5 freebie package , which didn't freebies arrive .The unit arrived with scratches and looked dirty . Contacted the company about this and the lack of freebies and have heard nothing back . AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !

I am not rating them a 1 but a Big Fat 0!!! Took 1 month to receive the product. Opened box 1-2 days after received, read through everything, started the workout, not even 5 minutes into the workout the "right strider" quit working. Emailed them to return defective product, 3 days later sent me an address of where to return but no shipping label; so I Returned product at my expense and extra items purchased, 35 days later no refund and they won't reply since the 1st time they sent me the return address! Product is JUNK and I believe this COMPANY is FRAUD. I am turning over to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered machine from Pilapod on 5 January 2025 not received. E mailed them still not sent item or said when to expect delivery.

Zero stars!!! I received a defective unit and returned the item as instructed. This was done on January 6th and I have yet to receive my refund or to get a response from the company. My next step will be to report the company to the Better Business Bureau. This is why people stick with Amazon. There is no problem with returns.

I received my order and it works amazing!! I don’t understand all these other comments complaining about this company. I love what I ordered and it came on time and works perfectly

Products not received/no communication from Pilapod. I purchased Pilapod and accessories (in two seperate orders-orders #2556 and #2557) on 10/26/2024. Total payments were $169.95 and $25. for each order; respectively. I have not received any of my items. I reached out to Pilapod multiple times, but only received a standard automatic email stating that I would receive a response. Over a month later; I have received no response (explanation or information related to tracking my orders) and I have emailed multiple times. I would not recommend purchasing products from this company. Items are not received and customer service is poor with no response or follow-up after purchase with status of products. Very disappointed!

If I could give a 0 I would. I returned my plastic fake machine. They will not refund my money and will not answer my emails!

Company is completely ignoring my repeated emails. They failed to send me all of the items in my order and are now ghosting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have sent support several messages. I paid for the black knee pad. Never received it. I get an email 10/26/24 from support stating do you want to still get the knee pad or your money back. I said I would like to get the black knee pad. To date no one as gotten back to me. My last email to them was 11/8/24. Have not heard back. I told them in my last email that no response to rectify this issue is bad business practice. I am disappointed that I can’t get the item or my refund.

This finally showed up and is very chintzy. It is also missing the timer, and after several attempts to contact them I finally was able to get a response. I asked them to replace the timer and instead they issued me an $11 dollar refund for the timer. To top it all off the fine print says that they offer full refunds except for items on sale, which they appear to always be on sale. What a joke. I would not purchase this again and would give it a zero if I could.

This thing is so worth it!! It’s unbelievable! I got mine and it was in a great condition, came with all its parts and with the accessories I have ordered and the waist trainer!! I also loved their ebook and workout videos!!

I love this product!! Easy to use and easy to store. I’m able to do all my workout routine anywhere. I would definitely recommend it! And all the accessories are great and help a lot.

I purchased a Pilates reformer from Pilapod, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When the product arrived, it was completely broken and unusable. To make matters worse, the e-book I paid for was missing, and the waist trainer I bought in a size large was way too small for someone who is generally a size M-L.
I contacted Pilapod’s support team and, to their credit, they responded quickly. They admitted that the product had a manufacturing fault and offered to replace it at no charge, or refund me if I paid to ship the broken items back. I chose the free replacement, and they sent me the missing e-book via email.
However, when the replacement reformer arrived, it was also damaged and missing parts. Thankfully, I was able to salvage some parts from the first broken reformer to make the replacement somewhat usable. But the new reformer still had a broken section where the timer had been, and it looked like it had been forcefully ripped from the base.
I reached out to Pilapod’s support team again for a resolution, and this time I was met with complete silence. No reply, no follow-up, nothing. This company’s quality control is a joke, and their customer service is hit or miss. I'm beyond disappointed, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from Pilapod to think twice. Do NOT waste your money here!

My order never arrived and the company are being really difficult about the whole thing and just keep sending me the tracking which I already have. I’ve requested a full refund but I’m not holding breath! My advice; avoid at all costs!

My timer didn’t come with my kit, and the waist trainer came in a Large and doesn’t even fit me, the training book isn’t even included.
I asked for a refund and don’t answer back any emails.
The return address sounds so sketchy and doesn’t even have a number and they don’t answer back to confirm that they’ll actually receive it.

Girlsssss if you are looking for a device that you can use anywhere, this is what you need. Let me tell you, I got the “ultimate portable pilates reformer kit” and it’s super easy to use and it gets the job done. 100% recommended!!

I wasn’t sure a portable reformer could deliver, but pilapod did. It’s easy to set up, sturdy, and doesn’t take up much space. My core, legs, and arms are feeling it after every workout. Perfect for a small apartment and anyone wanting a solid Pilates session without the bulk.
